warmup & read- 5-30 min
circle stretches ( 15- 30 sec each) X 3 sets
pulls and stretches (5 ways - 15 - 30 sec each) X 3
lever overs (4 ways - 15-30 sec each) X 3
lever circles (or slinkies - 4 ways - 15-30 secs each)
maximum erection (edging to multiple orgasms - about 30 min)
jelqing (1 and both handed - 30min)
slap tummy with meatus
pump (till no air let in chamber , no settings available - for 30 min)
repeat 3 times for all (optional: if times allows or feeling sore)

wear traction device ( 1200 grams 2-4 hours)

{about 3 hours till completion}

or

hanging (5lb-15lb weight - for 30min)
pump (till no air let in chamber - for 30min) or jelq (for 30 min)
wear traction device (1200grams - 2-4 hours)
