DickPushup's Progress log
Hey all decided I would go ahead and start a thread to help keep track of my progress and my current PE routine. If you have any constructive criticism or just feel like commenting please feel free to do so!
With that said lets get right into it, First some background:
I first started PE in early February with starting measurements of BPEL 5.5”, EG 4.25”, and EQ floating around 7-8.
From February to early April my routine consisted of 10-15 minutes of stretching (down, out, left, right, BTC) followed by 10-15 minutes of Jelqing, performed ~4 times a week.
By early April I had reached BPEL 5.75”, EG 4.5”, and EQ 8-9. Netting me a quarter inch gain in both length and girth.
I was quite happy with these gains, and found ThundersPlace in early April which after some research led to me upping my routine to one inspired by the great TNTJockey.
In mid to late April I started a routine that consisted of:
-Hot wash cloth wrap for 5 min.
-Stretching at 6:00, 9:00, 12:00, down left, and down right. 15-30 kegel’s are performed during each stretch, depending on how everything is feeling.
-After kegel’s are complete I rotate “around the world” 3-5 times in each direction then release and shake my member around and do kegel’s for blood
Flow to return then move to the next stretch.
Following stretching do 2-3 sets of clamping.
-Set 1: erection level 50-80% place clamp on loose, get to 100% erection while securing clamp as tight as I can up against my pubic bone. Then 10
Minutes of gentle squeezing of the shaft, light pulling and rotating “around the world”
Release and rest while kegeling and shaking for 3-5 minutes.
-Set 2: same set up as step 1, once fully erect clamp is tightened down as tight as it will go then backed off 1-2 clicks. Proceed to edge for 10-15
Minutes. Follow with the same rest as set 1.
-Set 3: same set up as set 2, once clamped start timer for 5-10 minutes. As powerful kegel’s as I can do every 5-10 seconds for 2 minutes, then add a
Second clamp right up against the first. Over the course of the next minute or two it is tightened down to 1 click above the tightest I think it can go.
After another minute or so of kegel’s if everything feels good a third clamp is added in the same way the second clamp was added.
After completion of clamping 5-10 minutes of jelqing varying intensity based on PI’s and how everything feels.
Finish it off with a set or two of fire goat rolls then hot wash cloth wrap for about 5 minutes.
I continued with this routine until late June and by July 1st I was at BPEL 6.563”, EG 4.938” and an EQ around 8.
In the last few weeks of that routine I noticed that my expansion during the routine was starting to fall of with minimal expansion in both length and girth while clamped and decided I would take a 2-3 week de-conditioning break.
On July 18th (the last day of my decon break) I measured BPEL 6.532”, EG 4.766”, with an EQ of 7-8. While it seems like I lost quite a bit of girth during the decon break I was not overly concerned as that measurement was taken shortly after having sex, and I had still made quite a bit of progress in a relatively short time.
Coming back from de-conditioning my routine is as follows:
- Heat pad for 3-5 minutes
- 5 Minutes total stretch time (down, left, right, BTC) with heat applied
- 5 Minutes Jelqing (Erection level 50% to 70%, very high pressure, very slow 5-7 seconds per jelq)
Normally around 2-3 minutes in my erection starts to exceed 70% so I do a Horse 440 nice and slow with lots of pressure then resume jelqing, and after the 5 minutes is up I do another Horse 440.
This routine is performed 4 days a week (2 on 1 off, 2 on 2 off)
My plan is to stick to this until I have two weeks in a row with no gains, at which point I will add 2 minutes stretching if length stops, or two minutes jelqing if girth stops. After I have exceed 12-15 minutes stretching and jelqing time I will start adding clamping back in.
As of today (7/22) I measure BPEL 6.625”, EG 4.9”, EQ is through the roof at 9-10 (I could seriously crush rocks this thing is so damn hard).
So that brings us up to date for today, I plan on updating this either weekly or bi-monthly.
At this point my goal is to reach a BPEL of 7” with EG of 5.125” in a de-conditioned state by the end of the year.
My long term goal is a non-bone pressed length of 7” (fat pad floats between 0.5” to 1” depending on my weightlifting training, so BP would need to be between 7.5” and 8”) with an EG of 5.5”.
