Hey all decided I would go ahead and start a thread to help keep track of my progress and my current PE routine. If you have any constructive criticism or just feel like commenting please feel free to do so!

With that said lets get right into it, First some background:

I first started PE in early February with starting measurements of BPEL 5.5”, EG 4.25”, and EQ floating around 7-8.
From February to early April my routine consisted of 10-15 minutes of stretching (down, out, left, right, BTC) followed by 10-15 minutes of Jelqing, performed ~4 times a week.
By early April I had reached BPEL 5.75”, EG 4.5”, and EQ 8-9. Netting me a quarter inch gain in both length and girth.

I was quite happy with these gains, and found ThundersPlace in early April which after some research led to me upping my routine to one inspired by the great TNTJockey.

In mid to late April I started a routine that consisted of:
-Hot wash cloth wrap for 5 min.
-Stretching at 6:00, 9:00, 12:00, down left, and down right. 15-30 kegel’s are performed during each stretch, depending on how everything is feeling.
-After kegel’s are complete I rotate “around the world” 3-5 times in each direction then release and shake my member around and do kegel’s for blood
Flow to return then move to the next stretch.
Following stretching do 2-3 sets of clamping.
-Set 1: erection level 50-80% place clamp on loose, get to 100% erection while securing clamp as tight as I can up against my pubic bone. Then 10
Minutes of gentle squeezing of the shaft, light pulling and rotating “around the world”
Release and rest while kegeling and shaking for 3-5 minutes.
-Set 2: same set up as step 1, once fully erect clamp is tightened down as tight as it will go then backed off 1-2 clicks. Proceed to edge for 10-15
Minutes. Follow with the same rest as set 1.
-Set 3: same set up as set 2, once clamped start timer for 5-10 minutes. As powerful kegel’s as I can do every 5-10 seconds for 2 minutes, then add a
Second clamp right up against the first. Over the course of the next minute or two it is tightened down to 1 click above the tightest I think it can go.
After another minute or so of kegel’s if everything feels good a third clamp is added in the same way the second clamp was added.
After completion of clamping 5-10 minutes of jelqing varying intensity based on PI’s and how everything feels.
Finish it off with a set or two of fire goat rolls then hot wash cloth wrap for about 5 minutes.

I continued with this routine until late June and by July 1st I was at BPEL 6.563”, EG 4.938” and an EQ around 8.

In the last few weeks of that routine I noticed that my expansion during the routine was starting to fall of with minimal expansion in both length and girth while clamped and decided I would take a 2-3 week de-conditioning break.

On July 18th (the last day of my decon break) I measured BPEL 6.532”, EG 4.766”, with an EQ of 7-8. While it seems like I lost quite a bit of girth during the decon break I was not overly concerned as that measurement was taken shortly after having sex, and I had still made quite a bit of progress in a relatively short time.

Coming back from de-conditioning my routine is as follows:
- Heat pad for 3-5 minutes
- 5 Minutes total stretch time (down, left, right, BTC) with heat applied
- 5 Minutes Jelqing (Erection level 50% to 70%, very high pressure, very slow 5-7 seconds per jelq)
Normally around 2-3 minutes in my erection starts to exceed 70% so I do a Horse 440 nice and slow with lots of pressure then resume jelqing, and after the 5 minutes is up I do another Horse 440.
This routine is performed 4 days a week (2 on 1 off, 2 on 2 off)

My plan is to stick to this until I have two weeks in a row with no gains, at which point I will add 2 minutes stretching if length stops, or two minutes jelqing if girth stops. After I have exceed 12-15 minutes stretching and jelqing time I will start adding clamping back in.

As of today (7/22) I measure BPEL 6.625”, EG 4.9”, EQ is through the roof at 9-10 (I could seriously crush rocks this thing is so damn hard).

So that brings us up to date for today, I plan on updating this either weekly or bi-monthly.

At this point my goal is to reach a BPEL of 7” with EG of 5.125” in a de-conditioned state by the end of the year.
My long term goal is a non-bone pressed length of 7” (fat pad floats between 0.5” to 1” depending on my weightlifting training, so BP would need to be between 7.5” and 8”) with an EG of 5.5”.

That’s the plan, I feel I had incredible success in my first 4 months, hopefully I can have another 2-3 months of awesome gains before my next Decon

Measurements as of this AM are 6.75” x 5.00” back at my peak length before decon and surpassed my peak girth. Only took two weeks after my decon to get here. Needless to say I am extremely happy that this basic routine is working so well!

Thanks Vash92, honestly short simple routines have enormous return on investment. Try keeping it simple and only going with the intense stuff (hanging / clamping) when gains have come to a stop.

Update for 8/5/16. This mornings BPEL 6.875” with EG 4.97”. Length is going crazy on this routine, I love it! Girth seems to have dropped ever so slightly but I’m not to concerned, if it stays steady next week then I will add in a couple more minutes of jelqing and another set of Horse440’s.

Change of plans.
Realized I go on vacation for two weeks in four weeks, I don’t believe a slow and steady routine will provide much if I have to take a two week decon break only six weeks into it. So as much as I’d like to see this slow and steady experiment through I must change course and go high intensity for the next four weeks to try and maximize fatigue before a decon. With that said the routine for the next four weeks is:
-Heat pad warmup. 3-5 minutes.
- Stretch with heat applied (primarily straight down). 10 minutes.
- Get 100% erection, clamp as tight as it will go, wrap with heat pad and keep erection. 10 minutes.
- After resting for a few minutes get 100% erection, clamp as tight as it will go then back off one setting and edge for 15 minutes.
- After removing clamp continue to edge for 10 minutes or so.
- Finish it off with a few 30 second sets of firegoat rolls.

I started this routine this evening, my girth while clamped shot all the way up to 5.625”!! WOW! After removing the clamp and edging I was 7.125” x 5.25”.

This weeks measurement updates, BPEL 6.97”, EG 4.97”. BPEL continues to grow like crazy, hopefully now that I am switching to my high intensity clamping routine girth will follow suit.

Great story, truly inspiring gains. You did mention your EQ was pretty bad when you started (7-8), how much of your gains do you estimate are due to an increase in that? Also do you have any goals, or just powering through for now?


Feb 2016: 173 mm BPEL (6.81") 132 mm MEG (5.20")

March 11th '17: 190 mm BPEL (7.48") 135 mm MEG (5.32")

Goal: A sustained 7.7" by 5.8" during intercourse

Unfortunately I haven’t had time to measure this week and I missed a PE session, kind of a bummer but the extra day off seems to have really helped EQ this AM so I can’t complain.

In an effort to really optimize my PE I started a spreadsheet were I have taken all the measurements I have collected and all the notes about my routine I have. Based on the data I collected on there I will make no changes to my length work, I have always focused on the same basic stretches for anywhere from 5-15 minutes a day 4-5 days a week. This has resulted in very consistent length gains, the chart is literally a straight line at a slight inclination that only flattens out or dips a bit during the de-conditioning breaks.
Girth on the other hand is quite interesting. It would appear I made my largest gains (~1/2”) during my first three months doing only jelqing 3-4 days a week for 5-15 minutes a session. I then started clamping and over the course of 2 months only gained 1/32” (after decon). Hopefully the data I collect over the next four weeks will provide me a clear picture on the path forward I need to take to optimize my girth gains.

In an attempt to test what works best for girth for me I made a couple changes for these last couple weeks before de-conditioning:
Half of my stretching is bundled, mainly the Mandingo except I rotate 180 to 360 before going into the stretch, making it quite intense.
I am also doing 3-4 minutes of O-Bends/ Sadsak Slinkies followed by 5 minutes of jelqing before I do my clamp sets.

This is most definitely overworking me as for 24 hours or so after workout my EQ is very poor, luckily that’s the only negative PI. I hope that this super intense girth work for a couple weeks before de-conditioning gives me some gains, but based on the data I have collected so far its quite possible that it won’t, in which case it will provide me the evidence to support the need to keep it simple with a routine like the one I originally started on when starting this thread.

Looking over my data it would appear that EQ shifts from 7 to 9 result in a change of EL ~1/16” and EG ~1/32”. So while the EQ change is great, the amount that it changes the size of my penis is pretty minimal, I feel like it really just affects the hardness of it. When my EQ is low I feel like I just can’t get as hard as I should be able to, and when EQ is high I feel like I could literally break cement blocks with the damn thing.

For now I would like to reach a BPEL over 7” and EG over 5.1” in a de-conditioned state by the end of the year.
My long term goals are really about optimizing my penis for my partner, so I can’t put exact numbers on it but I estimate a BPEL of 7.5” to 8” and an EG of 5.25” to 5.5”.
