Its amazing how much better a few horse squeezes make the dick respond. I did 5-5 second ones 2 workouts ago and after that is when I noticed that my erections became harder and easier to get. Last workout I only did 3 and even that little helped a ton!

Horse440’s are awesome! Glad to hear you’re benefitting from them as well! Hopefully that reflects in your next girth measurement!

weekly update. BPEL 7.00”, EG 4.9”, EQ ~8.
Looks like BPEL is growing, EG is down slightly from last week.
I did my Jelq routine outlined in the last post of page 5 on Wednesday and once again resulted in insane EQ and of course resulted in my girlfriend and I taking advantage of that along with the super fast recovery which ended with sex three times last night and once this morning. So today my EQ is down quite a bit and I think that explains the slight drop in EG.

Earlier this week I created another captains wench, but made it 1” thick, I believe this works much better for stretching and would probably work well for hanging less than 15 to 20 lbs. I will be continuing this routine with no changes through the end of October.

Horse 440 Squeezes

I perform a horse440 as follows:
Get above 90% erect.
1. Clamp as deep into the base with one hand as hard as you can (should see the shaft and head balloon up)
2. Loosen grip and kegel in more blood then clamp down super hard.
3. Create an okay grip with the other hand and press it over the tip squeezing with moderate to high intensity and very very slowly working your way over the glans.
4. Once over the glans grip even tighter focusing the pressure on the sides of the penis and after 10 seconds slowly work down towards the hand at the base
5. Once within an inch of the base hand slowly release pressure in the base hand then slowly release pressure in the moving hand while still slowly moving towards the base.

Once you start going over the head the shaft will balloon up even more, become extremely vascular and start to turn darker shades.
Once you start moving down the shaft it will balloon up HUGE turn very dark in color and become super vascular.
By the time I’ve completed a horse440 properly I have dropped down to below 50% erect.

It’s one you have to be careful with I would recommend mixing in 2-4 during your jelqing to start. Also starting out take it easy on the pressure of the working hand until you get the hang of it.

I really think this is a pretty risky exercise, but when done properly it seems to give better return on investment than clamping.

Ha I’m no master. I think I just got double lucky, first in being a somewhat easy length gainer, and second in quickly finding things that work for me.

I know your looking for length, have you tried doing longer holds on your stretches? I noticed my length gains really sky rocketed after reading firegoat and marinera’s stretch technique where you stretch to max length without a crazy amount of force and then relax into the stretch slowly adding more force as it feels like you can stretch a bit further causing more and more stretch over the course of a few minutes.
Since month 3 or 4 I’ve held stretches a minimum of a minute. As of recently I hold my stretches for 2-4 minutes continually relaxing into them. I believe that is the key to getting length as short duration high intensity stretches just seem to “toughen” the penis up. (Think of how weight lifters develop strength by being fast and explosive with their lifts for only a few reps while bodybuilder a develop size by spending more time under tension doing slow movements for lots of reps).

Yes, I have been holding my stretches longer and I also added some reps. I’d do the Firegoat Marinera’s stretches. I’m thinking of hangers or stretchers; but I may do so when I plateau. I like the body building analogy. As such, changes in intensity and exercises are important.

I wouldn’t even consider hanging until your past 15-20 minutes of stretch time and not making gains, but that is just my personal opinion. Hanging is very intense and can give some fast gains, but it may also prevent future gains if you “toughen” or “strengthen” the penis.
