DickPushup's Progress log

Last week was my first week back from vacation, just got in two sessions, they were super quick and kinda half assed. 5 minutes stretching + 5 minutes jelqing. Stretches didn’t feel real intense or like I really reached my potential, and I didn’t even feel like I got any expansion from the Jelqs.

Last night was my first session for this week, it went really well, 5 minutes stretch, 5 minutes jelqing, with 4 horse440’s mixed in during the jelqing. Got great expansion and post workout length was about 7.25”, didn’t measure girth but it was definitely over 5”, probably close to 5.1”.

This week was my first full week back to PE, workouts have gone really well, but thats not reflected in this weeks measurements. BPEL 6.875”, EG 4.875”, EQ 9.

Only thing different this week is that I have done four days in a row (mon, tues, weds, thur) instead of my normal schedule (mon, tues, thur, fri). I doubt this is the cause of my dick getting smaller but who knows. Sticking with 5 min stretch, 5 min jelq, 4 horse 440’s for next weeks training. If there isn’t improvement then time will be added.

When you measure: do you only measure once or multiple times and get the average? I asked because of your EG losing some meat. Perhaps, it was just your EG at that particular time but that at some other time, you go back to 5.

Hey Tractus! How have things been going bud?
first to answer your question yes I measure multiple times, the process I follow is: start masturbating to get erect, once I feel like I am 100% I measure, then over the course of the next 10 minutes or so of masturbating I measure 2-3 more times, and use the greatest measurement. Normally my range during this process is less than 1/8” from smallest measurement to largest on length and less than 1/16” from smallest to largest measurement on girth.
One thing I didn’t mention was flaccid girth is up 1/8” over last week.
Honestly I think my dick is just worn out from four days in a row with no break as opposed to my old schedule which was no more than two days in a row, I may try measuring again on Sunday which would be my second day off, but I’m not super concerned, I will stick with my plan, check measurements again next week and if there isn’t growth adjust as necessary. It’s all part of the process ;)

One thing that gets me is allocating 10 or 9 EQ. I really cannot have a way to gauge whether I have 100% EQ to the extent that I can no longer get harder. For example, even if I have my max length or girth, sometimes I feel that my EQ can be better. Conversely, when I feel that my EQ seems to be very good, my girth is a little thinner. Have you had that experience?

I gauge my 100% eq by feel. My 100% erect penis gets sore afterwards. It is slightly girthier and a little shorter at the elusive 100% mark.

I judge EQ based on how my erections have been for the past few days (morning wood, erection quality, etc..)

I too have a similar “issue” at times it feels like I’m at 100% and then I measure and I’m like nope WTF? Other times I’m not feeling like 100% percent but then I measure and am like well shit that’s huge. Only caveat to that is when I am have erections so damn hard they almost hurt and feel like they well burst the skin, those are always a max size, unfortunately they only come around after a few days off and only stick around for a week at most.

I’m going to follow your log.

I’ve already had some gains in my first month, but I am tempering my enthusiasm until the end of month two and then we’ll see what’s what.

The weirdest thing I have is when I’m on trazodone(check its erection side effect). I’ve never been as hard and as long as I’m on trazodone; but my girth feels really thin. If I am to assign number: that is more than 10 EQ but my girth really feels diminutive.
