Dicknature's Routine

“JP routine”, learn in another forum:

Warm up 8/10 min.

normal Stretching (with kegel) left, right and front, spaced by “Helicopter Shakes”. 10-15 min.

normal wet jelqing (o.k. grip) 50 time, 3-4 sec each. (repeat 3 time, give 150 jelq in total)

Alternate by “V” Jelq (“v” grip”) 90 time, 3-4 sec. each. (repeat 3 time, give 90 jelq in total).

I use pump (home made) 5 or 10 min. 3 times… all day on …If I can (pain= return to basic exercice)! With 50 Jelq each time for consolidate the gain.

Finish with Warm up 8/10 min.
