Routine
Manual Stretching – Each stretch is held for 25 Kegels. For the rotary stretches I hold a kegel while making the circle 25 times.

Upward: Left, Straight Out, Right, Clockwise Rotary Stretch, Counter-Clockwise Rotary Stretch
Outward: Left, Straight Out, Right, Clockwise Rotary Stretch, Counter-Clockwise Rotary Stretch
Downward: Left, Straight Out, Right, Clockwise Rotary Stretch, Counter-Clockwise Rotary Stretch
Backward: Left, Straight Out, Right

Jelq – 10 minutes
