Wakeup do a few helicopter twirlers and a few shakes

After breakfast hangin 25lb while doing excesses 7 – 8 minutes

Throughout the day 20 - 2seconds stretches after using toilet

Evening excesses 5 minutes warm up with hairdryer

Two rounds of basic stretches 30 seconds each

5 minutes in pump 10 minutes jelqing

Then cold wash down
