Bundled stretches - down, straight out, up, left then right with 540 degree twist coupled with 25 kegles each direction. I also do 25 circles each clockwise and counterclockwise with a 540 twist.

Wet, super slow and tight jelqs about 5-7 seconds each. My jelqs start off flaccid and I work up to 70% then stop until I get back down to 50% then start up again.

I hit the bathmate 2-3 times a week for 10 minutes each with full erection.

I normally edge 4-5 times after the jelqing and just before PONR I hit the kegel hard for 10 seconds until subsiding. One thing I noticed is that before the PONR I reverse kegel really hard and sometimes feel that if I push harder, I could have a dry orgasm but it feels a little awkward so I just let it out on the last edge :)

My schedule is normally sporadic. I typically don’t exercise if I feel like I’ve done too much or like I’m still recovering. It appears as if I’ve gained half inch in length and 1/8 in girth but I’d rather get some girth gains over length for the time being.

Quick update because I’m impressed..

I measured myself after sex the other day (I’m only going for girth) at 4.875 which is a nice from 4.75 but I thought it was a fluke and I was probably 80% erect. Sometimes the girth gets a little bigger after erection but just slightly because of the shortening of the tunica along with engorgement. In any case, I just measured again randomly while in the bathroom and sure enough it was 4.875 :) . It seems as if I have reached that girth before exercise or training (training gives another 1/8-1/4 inch) but that’s not why I’m impressed.

I purchased a silicone sleeve for the bathmate and I’ve used it about 5 times since I received it a few weeks ago. I can’t get the damn thing on without dabbing some coconut oil on the inside of the tube and sliding it on. I’m reminded while I put it on how it feels like a slippery wet pussy.. Without the texture of course. One thing led to another and your imagination can take you from there. I’m super busy right now due to work constraints so I’ve recently developed a “maintenance” routine that has given me girth results in a very short time.

Alternating these routines:

Workout 1
Sleeve with bathmate - 12 minutes
Take off sleeve and wet jelq - 50 reps
(I can get up to 5 inch girth but goes back down slowly after.)

Workout 2 (not really a workout)
Masturbate with sleeve on
Take off sleeve and wet jelq - 40-50 reps

This is pretty much all I have time for and my girth is getting bigger and bigger. I don’t have a theory as to why other than the current theory of pumping with a sleeve allows for more pressure on the tunica while not compromising skin health. When I masturbate with the tight sleeve I think I’m super pumping from the inside for expansion.. Who knows. I’ll continue this at least until the end of the month when my work allows me more time to myself.
