Deerhunter958's Routine

1) I start with a heating pad or rice sock to warm up.
2) About 2 minutes of light jelqing to get the blood flowing.
3) Hang two to three 20 minute sets using heavy weights (15 to 30 lbs) with 5 minutes of rest between sets (use theraband wrapping).
4) I then clamp for two to four sets using cable clamps for 20 minutes(use double clamps with neoprene wrapping)
I do some squeezes while clamped. I get up to .25 inches of temporary swelling with each session. Four sessions give me almost an inch.
5) Finish with 60 jelqs or so.
6) The whole process takes up to 2 hours. I have lots of free time to spend with my favorite buddy.
7) When gains slow or stop, I take a one month decon break. I have not lost length during the break, but girth drops back some.
