So I started PE at the beginning of September and was very skeptical, and hence said so in my first post. I had been contemplating surgery for over 2 years, but decided to put it off in order to give the natural way a try. A little over 5 weeks later and my skepticism is all but gone and I felt I’d start a much more positive thread to monitor my progress.

In 5 weeks I’m almost positive I’ve experienced both slight length and girth gains. I know for a FACT that my EQ is now through the roof, and my libido is also up as compared to before which is probably due to increased confidence. :)

In this thread I officially pledge a minimum of $250 donation to the site if I reach my goals without surgery.

I’ve taken a classic bodybuilding approach to my new routine which is dividing my routine. For example some people will do all pulldowns to work back width on the 1st back day of the week, and then they will do rows to work thickness on the 2nd back day of the week. Rinse, and repeat. This allows the body to work the muscle although not completely repaired since you’re using the exhausted muscle only as support now.

I started off with the newbie routine for my first month and recently developed into this routine, which is not exact but this is the bare minimum.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Length Days)
*All pulls are held for 30seconds* I apologize if I screw up the names*
Upward stretch 5sets
Straight Pulls 5sets
Left/Right Pulls 5sets
Down Stretch 5sets
Helicopters 4sets **At the end I do 15 straight pulls like I’m yanking a cord out of a socket, but carefully of course. I also go both clockwise and counterclockwise.
A Stretch 4sets
V Stretch 4sets
Reverse Kegels (No set amount or time. Random contractions through out exercises and some after)

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (Girth Days)
*While doing all girth exercises EXCEPT bends, I try to maintain as close to 100% erection as possible by watching porn and stimulation.&
Flaccid Bends 3sets 30seconds each direction
Clamping 1set 10minutes
Jelqs 1set x 50reps
-5min break-
Clamping 1 set 10minutes
Jelqs 1set x 50 reps
-5min break-
Clamping 1 set 10minutes
Jelqs 1set x 50reps
Ulis 3sets x 10 squeezes

I started off with the newbie routine for my first month and recently developed into this routine.

*I would also like to note I’m currently looking for a hanging device and once obtained will change my length day routine to accommodate it. In the bodybuilding world there is an important factor to growth called “time under tension”. With my current manual exercises, which are exhausting by the way, I spend 16 minutes actively stretching the penis but it takes longer than 30 minutes to complete. When using a hanging device for 3sets of 10minutes you could have 30minutes under tension for the same 45minutes which would most likely lead to better results. This same principle applies when using an ADS, Clamping, Hanging, or Pumping and once I’ve acquired these devices I’ll be mostly using them to get the maximum time under tension from each of my workouts.*

*I’m also trying to find a cockring that fits to wear throughout the day. I bought one but its Asian size and is so damn tight it feels like I’m clamping! I can barely get it on soft, so its not safe. I will continue to look and will add that in once acquired.*

Interesting concept, and it’s good to hear you are seeing progress.

It makes me wonder if the pulls are not merely good for length, but for encouraging enlarged healing from the girth work.
