Deepwater's Routine

Started off with the Newbie Routine until I reached 5 min stretching and 20 min jelking (after 5 weeks), then gradually increased stretching to 15 min and kept jelking at 10 min. As I only gained in my first 5 weeks, and nothing for the next 2 months, I decided to take a 2 week break in March 2013 and started all over again in April 2013, now sticking to the Newbie Routine as discribed on this site.
