-Wet Jelqs while in Shower
-Dry Jelqs after shower

-I do deadlift Kegals after I do my other “normal” workouts, but before my shower.

Deadlift Kegal: a no or light-weight deadlift with PERFECT form, Relax on the way down, flex and hold PC muscle on the way up. Repeat. (Boosts EQ and Semen Volume)
