Damaged's Routine

5 min. hot wrap
5 min. stretches (30 sec up, down, left, right, straight out, 2x)
10 min. jelqing (3 sec/rep but I don’t obsess over exact number of reps, just so long as it’s done for 10 mins.)
10 Uli’s 5 squeezes each
5 min. hot wrap
50 kegels 5 sec holds

only in the pm after boxing workout…
will attempt to slowly build up exact routine to an am and pm regimen
