I usually spend about an hour on my PE regiment. I start with a ten minute warm-up with a rice sock. I then do about 10 minute manual S.O.S. and J’ai stretches. Then I do a few jelqs to make my dick plump. After it is plump I use my captains wench to hang for about 30 mins. Usually after I start getting sore from hanging I try to achieve an erection and do some edging and ballooning. And at the end I do warm-down with the rice sock again for about five to ten minutes. I am really trying to target my length, because I heard it is easier to work on length, and then your girth. So once I hit around 7.5 or 8 inch length I will turn to girth. I realize I have a very long road ahead. agh.
