I figured a similar thing, but it doesn’t really matter for me. During my rest days I have scheduled replacement things to do, so for me it’s just a different split now. More light strength training, less PE. And I don’t want to have the feeling that I have to hold back or risk overtraining on my second day. Even though the second day often feels pretty good.

So I’m on 1 on 1 off now, I should get me some housework gloves to improve my grip and such. Had great painful morning wood yesterday, not today. I stretched as hard as I could today without pain, maybe even on the edge of it. This better work. Rest tomorrow, then I’ll do a week (4 on days) of clamped edging. I may split that up into two short sets, say 6 minutes each, but I haven’t decided yet. I’ll edge tonight.

So I’m doing clamped edging again. I had great morning wood yesterday but not today. It seems like after a PE day it’s great, then after a rest day it’s absent. I got minor spotting again today, I’m not too worried about it since I’ll take tomorrow off anyway, but I’ll step down to 7 minutes of clamped edging on Wednesday. It feels great though, it doesn’t feel like I overdid anything at all. I’ll try to reduce time but I don’t think it’s possible to reduce intensity with my simple put-strap-around-base clamp. Keeping a close eye on my PIs and carrying on.

No red spots this time, I also didn’t tie the strap very tight. I’ve been taking some caffeine to complete some important tasks due to me upcoming graduation, so I’m not in prime shape for PE. I skipped Wednesday because I was still a little sore from the clamping session on Monday, but I ballooned quite a bit over the past few days. I’ll clamp once more this Sunday and then I’ll take an extended break. I’ve been doing PE with only a few isolated weeks of rest in between for over half a year now so I think it’s a good timing, I can focus on my graduation and decon until my next schedule! I haven’t really gained in the past 2 months or so anyway, so all in all I think a reasonable thing to do. I’m having 9/10 morning wood in quality and about 7/10 in frequency. All signs are good. Rest tomorrow.

No spotting. I was going to go until 6 minutes but it felt really good and I wanted to continue for a few more minutes, but I came to my senses. You’ve got to stop before it starts to feel less than great right. No spotting, unit feeling rather engorged. I can always see the difference in colour on the piece of skin which was clamped vs the expanded part which I attribute to exactly that… The expansion and the heat. It usually dissipates within an hour or so.

I’m taking a few weeks off from PE starting tomorrow. I’ll keep taking supplements for another week and I’ll keep doing kegels throughout. I’ll replace my PE temporarily with some extra exercise and maybe a 1 on 1 off edging for 10-15 minute routine. I mean I’m 26 and in a long distance relationship it’s not like I could reasonably refrain from touching my dick anyway, may as well balloon. Better than releasing anyway. I expect to be back around Xmas. I’ll probably post some measurements/pictures at some point. Since I’m addicted to reading stuff on this forum I won’t be far if by whatever miracle someone needs my opinion ;) Cheerio!

All right there chaps, I figured I’d drop a small update 2 and a half weeks into my extended break period.

So I’ve been way too busy to do any of the good stuff anyway, graduating from my MSc in aerospace engineering next week and whatnot, but I can mention a few things I’ve noticed.

First off, my morning wood seems to have stuck around every other day or so. Not bad for an extremely stressful period.

Secondly I have neither gained not lost any length since I started my break. I have not measured my girth. My girth might be shrinking slowly, lol.

I’ve also noticed that if I don’t masturbate for more than 10-12 days I don’t actually respond well. I think it’s been very contra indicated for myself since I’ve been falling into bouts of depressed lethargy after these periods. Might not be the only trigger but I still think it’s important to note.

I might move to my parents’ for a while after graduating which means less privacy for something as exorbitant as PE, but I’ve taken away such a more healthy body image from this place which is more valuable than any gains (under 2” of course, I mean every guy’s got his price right ;) ) I could make. Hopefully though this will be a lifelong interest. I’d hate to get dysfunctional too soon.

Anyway, I’ll report back every now and then, carry on!

Going 1 on 1 off for a little while and see if I can sustain reasonably intense sessions

15 minute stretch (2 up 3 left right out 4 down in sets of 1 minute)

I’m picking up with a PE session similar to the one I ended with, because it worked before and it fell off only after doing the same thing for 8 weeks or so. It stands to reason that after a decon break some more gains may appear. Though I yanked quite hard, I even got a little erect at the end of my stretch session and I do not feel sore. Maybe later today or tomorrow I’ll feel sore.

2 Days ago I measured in at some 183-185 mm, which is about what I ended with a month ago. My BPFSL is now 195 mm, which is the longest yet to be measured. BPEL will follow. I’ll make it follow B-) . I didn’t measure girth. I should do more girth work but I’m afraid my length may suffer and the slow growth rate of girth may be demotivating.

I recommend a clean girth measure when you do length, if only because often it comes unexpectedly. And many have asked about my girth progress and I cannot actually tell folks much because I gained it during length phases so often.

I know about what I gained from the extender. I know pumping and clamping was likely good for .5” (which is approximate to be honest) but that leaves .5” or so unaccounted for after the .75” of extender gains.

Tracking matters.

Thanks TG, I’ll keep that in mind. I can’t say I’ve noticed any difference in girth by hand though, despite some of the best erections in years in the past few days. I’ll see if I can work in some solid measurements in the coming week.

After some extensive measurement sessions I’ve come to the following current stats: 183 mm BPEL 133 MEG. So I lost 2 mm on both sides, which is my entire girth gain. Oh well, it will be back with reinforcements. BPFSL during stretching session is now over 20 cm. I hit 8’ once at least. My ‘enhanced flaccid’ which I used to only have after urinating in the morning, is now occurring almost every time I take a leak. EQ control is high, ease of erection is high. Good signs. I saw minor spotting after today’s session, but the benefit of 1 on 1 off is that I have an off day tomorrow so I don’t expect any issues. I’ll probably keep this schedule up for a month. If I see gains, I’ll continue until my length goal. If I don’t see gains, I’ll switch to a longer period of girth work.

Everything feels good, no spotting this time, pretty fat flaccid hang. I’m going to visit my parents for the holidays so I may or may not do my sessions. I’ll probably end up doing some stretches mornings and evenings and some jelqs in the shower. Stretched length was a little less than yesterday, then again I’m having some muscle ache and I’ve been drinking a bit too. All in all, we’ll see. Happy holidays in case I don’t check in before them.

I noticed a very dark, swollen and hard spot on my scrotum where a vein lies. A varicose vein perhaps? I noticed around jelq 80 so the last part of my routine wasn’t done with much vigor. Stretches were all right, my hands don’t seem to cramp as much anymore. Maybe my parents are feeding me better than I am, myself haha. Once I get home on Thursday I’ll take some pics and start a thread in the injuries sub if it’s still there. Meanwhile I guess I’m starting a twice a day 3 minute light massage regimen to see if that helps. If it remains for a week or gets worse; stop immediately, make doctor’s appointment and such.
I’m sure it’s coincidence but yesterday was the first time I gave reverse kegels an honest shot. I’ve tried the described motions every time a new description popped up but yesterday I just incorporated that in my kegel routine, despite just feeling it in the anal sphincter and nowhere else. I also edged/ballooned for 15 minutes twice, but I’ve done this very frequently in the past seven months.

I feel very good about my routine today, nothing beats the privacy of your own home and the radiation of your own IR lamp. I stretched out far, hit a sweet spot in my jelqing EQ and got some nice and strong squeezes in. Flaccid hanging pretty full and I just wrapped it. Max measured BPFSL was over 200 mm again. I’ve been edging on my off days, I’ll kegel later tonight. What I thought was a starting varicose vein dispersed into a sort of bruise and is now recovering, so I won’t make a thread about it. Subliminal blaster is on; measuring sessions… Next week?
