PEing was a goal of mine for years, but only in June of last year, did my living conditions change to where I felt comfortable enough to be using a Hydropump. My routine looks like this:
-during the morning shower:
-before entry, I get myself at least semi hard with some porn
-2 minutes of warm up, getting my cock wet and clean in warm water
-1 minute time to prepare the pump, fill it with water, put it on, and squirt out that extra water to have some pressure on
-4 minutes of showering with the pump on
-repeat the 2 last steps 2 extra times (the 1 minute is a break)
-leave the shower
-then I sit down, use some lube and do jelqing, 100 repeats at least
-then back to the shower, clean up and the day starts normally

I’ve been quite disciplined about doing it, with just a few skipped times throughout these past months. I’ve even restricted the number of times that I masturbate, for harder erections.

However looking at my progress (2 attached charts… its in centimeters, not inches, first one presents weekly results, the other is a monthly median). I compare the results (median)

Flaccid Length: 9 cm (3.54 inch) => 8,5 cm (3,34 inch) => Loss
Flaccid Girth: 11,45 cm (4.5 inch) => 11,25 cm (4,43 inch)
Erect Length: 12,8 cm (5 inch) => 14 cm (5.5 inch) => Gain
Erect Girth: 13,6 (5.35 inch) => 12 cm (4.72 inch) => Loss

While I like the gain in erect length, and the flaccid state is less of a concern, I am slightly worried about my erect girth decreasing, hence why I’d like to know if my method is wrong, faulty, and if there is anything I should change.

NOTE #1:
I own 2 hydropumps:
-HydroMax Bathmate X20
-HydroMax Bathmate X30

I bought the X30, as the official Hydromax website allowed people to put in their size, and pick a good pump for them, however it turned out to be too much for me. The entry hole was so big, that my left testicle (which is a bit smaller than the right one) got sucked into the pump, making things quite uncomfortable, plus I never managed to “fill it up” that much, so I settled for buying the X20, which I prefer using, but I don’t know if that harms my growth.

NOTE #2:
The X30 did have a free sample packet of a cream for jelqing that came with it. I felt like it could be a worthwhile purchase, so I bought a bottle, but it was caught by border-control, as it is apparently illegal to import products from other countries to Germany, if they include substances like testosterone, for private purposes. I looked into things online, but I could not find the product in any German store, and any possible cream promising any similar effect left me skeptical, so I just use regular lube.

I would highly welcome any comments about this, and I do wish to say, that I understand that I shouldn’t hope for too much yet, but I do feel like I should still get some input on my routine, just to be safe, in case I’ve been doing it wrong.

I don’t know about losing girth, especially since you’re pumping which is supposed to increase girth and I have limited experience on the matter.

I do know about my own reductions in measurements and their sources however. When I started PE I wrapped a shoelace (sports shoe, the round ones) around my unit and then measured that. When I switched to a paper tailor’s tape (paper is thinnest) I saw a 7 mm reduction in girth! Of course this is because you lose (pi*thickness of the shoelace) when you switch to a virtually 0 thickness tape. So your measurement equipment may have changed. I’ve also noticed that my morning erections are smaller than my daytime erections in both length and girth. It’s only a few mm but it’s noticeable when you pay as much attention as we do. Finally I’ve noticed that at 90% erection, my girth is ~5mm larger than at 100% erection. It’s plump and fat but the thickness seems to reduce when the head inflates and I get that nice veiny look with the smooth shaft curve.

Any or all of these things may have contributed to your observations. I also read somewhat frequently that girth can reduce a little when gaining length, but your loss seems a little extreme.

I admit that there might be some variation in my measurements, not only due to obvious facts, but also because I used to measure my girth based on my acorn, but then noticing how in an erect state the shaft grows thicker, I did begin to instead take measurements there, and… yes, I did use different tools for measurements at first.

Still, I have to ask:
-should I stick to the X20 if it’s more comfortable, or would it limit my gains?
-do any of those creams actually help, and are worth looking into?
-is my slightly smaller left testicle something to look into?
