Hi guys, I’m making this log in an effort to hold myself more accountable in my PE endeavors.

I’ve done PE exercises seriously for a couple years on-and-off (more off than on). I have trouble sticking with it for longer than a couple months. I’m hoping that interacting with a community will help me be more consistent.

My first goal is to develop a habit of PE. For the first couple months, I will be more concerned with frequency of training rather than results.

Goal #1: Train every single day for the rest of 2015. Whether this is 5 minutes of easy jelqing or a full clamping session, I will do at least a little every day to make this a habit. Results follow consistency.

Goal #2: Grow my penis to 8x6+. I have no real time frame for this.

Staying motivated is important. And keeping track of your progress will help you with motivation.

If I may, I would not recommend doing PE every single day. Rest days are important for growth. I would take at least two days off every week.

And by the way, your goal is very achievable, if you are consistent, persistent.

Great starting stats for reaching your goal 919. I don’t think it would hurt your consistency (or your gains) to take one day a week off. :)

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

10 minutes overhand jelqing

919guy, Don’t we all strugle with the privacy issue? Well I have found my sollution. I bought a Penimasterpro. Additional with the classic springextender it comes with a belt. I use the belt up to 8 - 11 hours a day with the following day schedule. 1 hour leftstretch, reattach the vaccum cup. 1 hour left stretch, reattach the vaccum cup and then 1 hour left stretch. Then I take it off and rest for 30 minutes. Then I do the same 3 hours session with the reattatch vaccum cup every hour stretching to the right instead of left. Rest 30 minutes again. Then I do 1 hour stretch left, reattach the vaccum cup and then 1 hour right stretch. At the end of working day I do Jelqing 20 - 30 minutes. When I come home I try to wear the spring extender 3 x 1 hour with reattaching the vaccum cup every hour.

I reattach the vaccum cup because it makes it easier on the glance then wearing the cup for 3 hours.

The Belt slips under my underwear and trousers and are not detectable from outside.

Just a suggestion how to work with PE without compromising the privacy. I have been doing PE for roughly 3 monyhjs now and this sollution for the last week. / Soulmedeep

919, you’ve got the right attitude. Having a reliable routine (as in habit, not set of exercise - though that certainly helps too) will definitely help you stay on track and growing.
