Combined length and girth routine

Hello,

I’ve been continuing my PE routine of

First 2 weeks of every month: 1 hour pro extending per day
Last 2 weeks + extra of month: 1 hour clamping

I have not really gained much, although I now stretch fairly comfortably at 24 cm bar length (around 9 inches) with pro extender. I reached my gain peak a few years ago and have been gaining little since then. I don’t really have more time to spend doing PE so I thought combining length and girth would save time. A suction cup made for an erect penis would stretch the penis whilst being clamped at the base, would do length and girth. Has someone tried this before? I would like to try this, as it would make it more efficient, as well as giving my dick something ‘different’
