As of August 1st 2016 (week 1), for the next weeks in the month
*I did 5 days in a row for Week 1, week 2 and so on should be M-T-T-F
*Week 1 is made of these starting minutes
*Increase are made of 5 reps for the Jelqing part

Erection between 85-95%
2 min of Double Erect Squeeze with penis wrapped in hot cloth. 2 sets * 60 reps of 1-2sec squeeze, changing hands positions each set
4 min of HJ9 squeeze variation with jelqing upper AND lower shaft. 4 sets * 30 reps of 2 sec jelq, changing hands positions each set
2 min of MegaSqueeze. 2 sets * 20 reps of 3 secs jelq, changing hands positions each set

Once penis gets flaccid
5 min of Jai stretch variation[forward, left right(curving over leg), down(pulling behind the ass), up].While Stretching in one direction, 60 reps of 1 sec mini pull
2 min of Rotational stretch. 30 reps 2sec CW and 30 reps 2sec A-CW
