Greetings. Welcome to my long reports (Sorry for the length and earliest post).

In General
Every Sunday, I will post my report in terms of EQ and PI. I’ll only measure and post it after a month as I want to focus more on EQ.

As I am circumcised, when my penis is erect, the measurement of my ideal penis should be as follow
*For the length: 9-10 in: Grabbing my penis in two hands (lower and upper parts), the demarcation should been seen above the circle made by index and thumbs at the upper part, meaning my shaft should be around 7-8 inches. The neck and the gland should make 2 inches.
*For the girth: 6.25-6.75in. The Index and the thumb should not be touching each other (or barely) when forming the OK sign around my penis.

My Story
I begin PEing since I was a late teenager, but it was mostly Jelqing and Squeezing on a “on and off” basis. I performed a newbie routine in 2003 from another website, but never as constantly or dedicatedly as many members here. I did make some noticeable changes, but was too bump out per moments to continue. I did continue to PEing during the years, but again on a “on and off” period.

After browsing several websites in the summer 2016, I’ve stumbled upon this one. After reading some of the post here, I’ve decided to register and to give me the chance to really achieve my goal, and to really consider it as Passionate Journey, rather than some quick fix, whether I’m may or may not be a hard gainer. I really want to ameliorate my EQ, and have some big gains also.

After August the 1st and the following 14 days, I’ve tried several methods, gauging what would work for me and what needed to be removed, added or tweaked in order to have a nice routine that for me. Several exercises and grips are not working for me at the moment, such as: The V grip or Overhand grip, Horse440, HJ9 or reverse one, Sadsak Slinky or Head. I’ve also encounter small bumps in the Wet and Dry Jelq departments, which I will re-put them in my routine in 4 weeks. Once I’ve listen more carefully to my body (my PI), I’ve come up with a routine that should work for me, reprising some elements that did worked in the past.

I will listen to my PI and check my EQ, because I’m too eager to have big gains right away. I will analyze in a month the Effectiveness and Efficiency of my routine.

My Stats (a summary)
Height: 6’2”
Weight: 175lb
Penis size: 7.25 in BP x 5.25 in EG (when I’m well aroused)
LOT: 6:00-7:00
Circumcised

My Physical Training, started 6 weeks ago
Mostly bodyweight, two exercises using resistance bands.
4 days a week in PM:
Monday and Wednesday : Chest/Triceps/Legs/Abs,
Tuesday and Thursday: Back/Biceps/Legs/Abs
Friday, Saturday and Sunday: Rest

Supplements
*Generic super vitamin: once per day
*Whey protein shake: twice day on training day(AM and PM), once per day on rest day(AM)

My Goals
*Better Overall EQ
For the moment, here’s my EQ, depending on the mood:
Good to great: Ease of erections | Frequency of erections | Night and morning wood
Good but need some improvement: Hardness of erections
Medium to Good, need improvement: How long they last before fading, ease of keeping them | Refractory period (how quickly you can get hard again after ejaculation)

*Ideal Penis size: 9.0-10.0 in BP x 6.25-6.75 in EG. Might change over time.

My Routine for the next 4 weeks
Training 4 days a week in AM, like my physical training
Week 1 Started on Monday August 15th.
No increase of set or reps or sec will be made for this week.

[**ERECTION SESSION, 85-95%**]
The increase will be made by 2 set per week after Week 1

-Two Hands Erect Squeeze with penis wrap in hot cloth
The grip is as follow: One full hand grip at the lower part and a partial hand grip at the upper part of the shaft, not the neck nor the gland , until I can fully grasp my penis both full hands.
1 set comprise of 60 1sec mini-jelq/squeeze while performing a reverse Kegel
Starting at 8 sets, I re-heat the cloth and change hands positions before each set.

-ULI#3 with hot cloth, folded to cover up only the lower part of the shaft
1 set comprise of 10 reps of 1sec
Starting at 6 sets, I re-heat the cloth and change the hand before each set.

[**FLACCID SESSION, NOT ABOVE 30%**]
Increase will be made after week 1.

- Stretching up and doing 60 reps of 1sec Kegel (like in DLD Blaster)
Increasing 10 reps per week.

- BTC hold, A-Stretch, and V-Stretch, 60 seconds hold for each.
Increasing 10 seconds each per week

- RIGHT and LEFT JAI Stretch, each side 1 set of 15 reps
1 rep is 2 secs pull + 2 secs retract = 4 secs, so 15 reps would make 60 seconds
Dunno yet how to increase the reps.. Will figure out in week 2

MODIFICATION SECTIONS

Addition: nothing

Tweaking: ULI#3 will be made official on 3rd day

Removal:
-Double Erect Squeeze (Two ok signs, one below the gland, the other at the base of the shaft).
15 “mini-Jelq” or 15 sec hold. It’s overkill. It shall be remove on the 3rd day

GOALS

ROUTINE SESSION ON WEEK 1

Laid out Routine | Erection at 85-95% level | Flaccid at 10% level.
Erect exercises first, followed by Flaccid exercises, rest 5-10 minutes between mode.
- 3 min testicles massage
- Two Hands Erect Squeeze with penis wrap in hot cloth. 8 sets of 60 1-2 sec squeeze
- Double Erect Squeeze. 8 sets of 15 “mini-Jelq”
- ULI#3 ( 6 sets of 10 reps)
- Flaccid Stretching up and doing 60 reps of 1sec Kegel (like in DLD Blaster)
- Flaccid 60 secs hold for each of the following: BTC | A & V Stretches
- Flaccid JAI Stretches, each direction 1 set of 15 reps(4 sec per reps): Right and left

Followed Routine
- On all days I perform Testicles massages for at least 3 min
- On Mon and Tue I followed the initial routine with the Double Erect Squeeze
- On Wed I remove the Double Erect Squeeze and added the ULI#3
- On Thu I did less ULI#3, and added 2 sets to the Two Hands Erect Squeeze with penis wrap in hot cloth, and did Flaccid Right & Left bends 30 sec hold each side

REPORTS OF EQ and PI ON WEEK 1

- It’s getting better, changing from 6-7, to a little bit more consistent of 7-8.
- My flaccid penis feels a bit more heavier.
- My flaccid penis is bit longer.
- The Hardness of Erections is getting better.
- My Night and Morning Wood are getting more and more stronger.
- I still need improvement in : Ease of keeping Erection in 90-95% and Refractory Period
- I did saw some blue dots on the glands due to over-training, but it disappear a day afterward. My EQ didn’t suffer though (I even had powerful Erection one morning).
- I Still need to ameliorate my Quality of Sleep

MODIFICATIONS BROUGHT UPON READINGS

After Reading on 8" x 6" and not happy?? , my ideal Penis size changed to 8-8.5 BPEL x 5.5-6.0 EG

I’ve also made some readings on Focus Your PE and Gain! TGC Theory , Bib’s LOT Theory 101 and Testicle Massages.

The difference between my BPFSL and my BPEL is between 0.25-0.5 inches.
So I’ve brought some modifications: more Stretching than Girth exercises, focusing also on Quality and Time

Addition: Flaccid: Bending, Bundled stretch, and Double stretch. Testicles massages
Removal: Double Erect Squeeze, ULI#3, Right and Left JAI Stretch

I’ve also did some readings on How to give her the best orgasm of her life and Multi orgasm technic,
It reminded me of the books I’ve already read in French, which prompted me to develop more on the subject, not just my Pen.

- Two hands Erect Squeeze with penis wrap in hot cloth, 4 sets of 100 1-2 sec squeeze, re-heating the cloth and switching hands positions each set
- Double Erect Stretch, 4 sets of 30 sec hold, switching hands positions each set
- Flaccid SU 60 reps of 1sec Kegel (like in DLD Blaster)
- Flaccid BTC 60 seconds hold
- Flaccid clockwise & counter bundled stretch, 10:00 LOTWise, 60 seconds hold each
- Flaccid A & V Stretches, 60 seconds hold each
- Flaccid Right & Left Bends, 60 seconds hold each
- Flaccid SO Double Stretch, 2 sets of 6 reps of 10 secs stretch, 1 sec rest between reps, switching hands positions each set

All stats are pre warmup. Starting Stats taken on 8/20, restarted with those same stats 2/21 due to lack of dedication.

So I’ve paid more attention to my Girth/Erect exercises and decided to remove for the moments the exercises that may impede my growth.
EQ and PI is so important that I better be careful.

*Replaced Flaccid SO Double Stretch by Flaccid SO JAI Stretch, 2 sets of 15 reps (each reps is 2sec pull 2 sec retract), changing hands
*Starting from Tue: 50 reps Of Kegel/Reverse (5sec Kegel + 5 sec Reverse Kegel= One rep)
*Starting from Tue: New "AC" Stretch, clockwise & counter, 60 sec each to make it to normal Rotational Stretch
- On Mon I followed the initial routine with the SO JAI Stretch
- On Tue I followed the initial routine with the added elements
- On Thu I followed the initial routine (tried 360o bundled stretch, I think it’s a bit too early.)
- On Fri I followed the initial routine with Right and Left JAI Stretching, 1 set of 15 reps(4 sec per reps) for each direction

- Getting a better 7-8 consistently, still need some improvement.
- My flaccid penis is a bit more girthier, lengthier and heavier than before (feeling and seeing, ok not massive gains but sure ones :) ).
- The Hardness of Erections is getting better.
- Slight outward curve on the right side of the shaft (maybe bending, but I suspect more on the Bundled stretch)
- While Erect, my gland is smaller than what it was last week(will have to add Girth exercises)
- My penis doesn’t like the Bundled twists. I shall remove them by respect to My Penis and it’s PI.
- My Morning Wood drop to level 7 Fri-Sat, but was a nice rocking 8-9 on Sun Morning
- I still need improvement in : Ease of keeping Erection in 90-95% and Refractory Period
- I Still need to ameliorate my Quality of Sleep

Such a shame I haven’t taken the before shots (Flaccid and Erect), I feel like I’m telling lies without visual proofs

- After Reading on New "AC" Stretch, I’ve added them from Tue routine, it should be a good addition to Stretching/Bending/Swinging rotationally. I’m not yet ready for Internal Stretch or Bundled Stretch

- I will revert back to a PEing on Mon-Tue-Wed-Thu and Resting on Fri-Sat-Sun as I feel it has a better feeling and impact.

- I will reput the exercices ULI-Like and Double Erect Squeeze but with low reps in order to have a better gland/head. I still keep the ration of Lower number of Girth exercises and Higher number of Length exercises

- I will also adjust my squeezing (maybe I’m exerting too much force)

- I might add 10 reps and secs

- Maybe I shall watch less porn

-Maybe I shall try to incorporate some Edging.

*Penis slap between my thighs for 20 secs after each flaccid stretching (12 in total if not mistaken). Performed them since Week1, forgot to report.
*Re-Heating my Penis after 2 Flaccid exercises for 30 secs.
*Replacing BTC Stretch by Fowfer 60 seconds hold / Reverse Kegel Starting on Wed.
*Did add 10 reps on 1st Flaccid Exercise, 12 seconds on the Jai Exercises, and 10 seconds on the rest.
- On Mon I followed the initial routine
- On Tue I followed the initial routine with Edging at evening 4 minutes
- On Wed-Thu I followed the initial routine with: instead of BTC did Flaccid Fowfer 70 seconds hold with Reverse Kegel, Flaccid Double Stretch 1 set of 10 reps (1 reps = 3secs Pull + 1 second Rest): Right, Left, SO, 10:00-11:00 LOTwise, Double Erect Stretch 2 * 30 sec, Edging

REPORTS OF EQ and PI ON WEEK 3

- Getting a better 7-8 consistently, still need some improvement.
- My flaccid penis is a bit more girthier, lengthier and heavier than before (feeling and seeing, ok not massive gains but sure ones :) ).
- The Hardness of Erections is getting better.
- Less of slight outward curve on the right side of the shaft (still correction to do)
- My gland has a better shape while Erect(wasn’t last week)
- My Morning Wood drop to level 7 Fri-Sat, but was a nice rocking 8-9 on Sun Morning
- I still need improvement in : Ease of keeping Erection in 90-95% and Refractory Period
- I Still need to ameliorate my Quality of Sleep

Such a shame I haven’t taken the before shots (Flaccid and Erect), I feel like I’m telling lies without visual proofs

MODIFICATIONS BROUGHT UPON READINGS AND PI

- After reading thoughtfulgold’s Penis Enlargement as "Scheduled Trauma" theory , I’ve decide to ease up a bit, and listening to my PI. I will try to bring modifications after 4 weeks (1 week to continue with a routine, 2 weeks to have try a new one, and 1 week break)

- I will also adjust my squeezing (I’m exerting too much Force)

- I will revert back so a 60 sec or 60 reps for all Stretching

- I will try Stretching before Jelqing for the next 3 weeks (afterward, it’s a week off and applying thoughtfulgold therory with Bib and Remek)

- I will try to re-use the parallel ou V-grip (had problem with those grips in the past)

Switching to Flaccid Exercises first, followed by Erect exercises
Flaccid between 5-20% level | Erection between 85-95% level.

PEing on Mon-Tue-Wed-Thu and Resting on Fri-Sat-Sun

*Done after 2 flaccid exercises: Penis slapped between thighs for 30 sec + Re-Heating and squeezing penis in hot cloth for 30 sec

[Massage and Warmp-up Time: Around 13:40 min]
- 5:40 min testicles massage
- 120 seconds of Kegel/Reverse (Alternating between 5secs Kegel and 5secs Reverse Kegel)
- 6 sets of 1 min flaccid penis wrap in hot cloth + gentle squeeze (two hands used)

[Flaccid exercises Time: Around 18:00 min]
- Flaccid SU stretch with 60 reps of 1sec Kegel (like in DLD Blaster)
- Flaccid Fowfer stretch(*) with 60 reps of 1sec Reverse Kegel
- Flaccid Right & Left Bends(*), 60 seconds hold each
- Flaccid A & V Stretches(*), 60 seconds hold each
- Flaccid Double Stretch, 1 sets of 20 reps (1 reps = 3secs Pull + 1sec Rest) for each direction: Right & Left(*), SO & 10:00-11:00 LOTwise(*)
- Flaccid “AC Stretch”, clockwise & counter(*), Little Circles to full Big Circles, then Big to Little

[Erect Exercises Time: around 6 min]
- Two hands Erect Squeeze with penis wrap in hot cloth, 2 sets of 120 1 sec squeeze, re-heating the cloth and switching hands positions each set
- Double Erect Squeeze, between SU and 11:00 LOTWise. 2 sets of 30sec hold
- Double Erect Stretch, between SU and 11:00 LOTWise. 2 sets of 30sec hold
- Edging

[After a shower - doing my PE in the morning Time Around 7:20-9:00 min]
- Flaccid SO Gentle Jelq with parallel grip, 100 2-3secs Reps (50 reps per hand, alternating between them)
- 1 min Massage with little paint roller, all side of penis: right, Left, Top, Bottom.

- Flaccid Double Stretch, 1 sets of 20 reps (1 reps = 3secs Pull + 1sec Rest) for each direction: Right & Left(*), SO & 10:00-11:00 LOTwise(*)
- Flaccid “AC Stretch”, clockwise & counter(*), Little Circles to full Big Circles, then Big to Little

[Erect Exercises Time: around 6 min]
- Two hands Erect Squeeze with penis wrap in hot cloth, 2 sets of 120 1 sec squeeze, re-heating the cloth and switching hands positions each set
- Double Erect Squeeze, between SU and 11:00 LOTWise. 2 sets of 30sec hold
- Double Erect Stretch, between SU and 11:00 LOTWise. 2 sets of 30sec hold
- Edging

[After a shower - doing my PE in the morning Time Around 7:20-9:00 min]
- Flaccid SO Gentle Jelq with parallel grip, 100 2-3secs Reps (50 reps per hand, alternating between them)
- 1 min Massage with little paint roller, all side of penis: right, Left, Top, Bottom.

Routine performed as followed:
*Switching from penis slaps to helicopter snake, starting on wed for all days.
*Only did Double Stretch on Right and Left Side, and did JAI on SO & 10:00-11:00 LOTwise(*)
*Didn’t edge on any PE days.
- On Mon-Tue I performed the routine.
- On Wed-Thu I performed the routine with: Less erect exercises.

REPORTS OF EQ and PI ON WEEK 4

- Getting a better 7-8 consistently, still need some improvement.
- My flaccid penis is a bit more girthier, lengthier and heavier than before
- The Hardness of Erections is getting better.
- Less of slight outward curve on the right side of the shaft (still correction to do)
- My Morning Wood is now back to level 7-8, and some days it’s 8-9
- I still need improvement in : Ease of keeping Erection in 90-95% and Refractory Period
- I Still need to ameliorate my Quality of Sleep
- I’m consuming less porn material (5-10min at night instead of an 1hour a day)

MODIFICATIONS BROUGHT UPON READINGS AND PI

- I realize have done a bit too much of exercises. So before I go into a break, I’ve made a little adjustment on my routine for the next two months.

- During my break week, I’m gonna read a bit more and design a new Routines, tailored to my needs, with PI and EQ in Heart.

- I’m also gonna reflect on the past 2 months, the gain I’ve made and loss, the exercises now working for me, and what I need to have in my arsenal.

ROUTINE FOR WEEK 5-6

Flaccid between 5-20% level | Erection between 85-95% level.

PEing on Mon-Tue-Wed-Thu and Resting on Fri-Sat-Sun

*Done after: Helicopter Snake for 30 sec + Re-Heating and squeezing penis in hot cloth for 30 sec

[Warmp-up 6:00 min]
- 180 seconds of Kegel/Reverse (Alternating between 5secs Kegel and 5secs Reverse Kegel)
- 3 min flaccid penis wrap in hot cloth + gentle/mild squeeze (two hands used)

[Flaccid Exercises 10 min, Increasing secs or reps each day]
- Flaccid Right & Left Bends(*), 60 seconds hold each
- Flaccid A & V Stretches(*), 60 seconds hold each
- 3 reps of 15 secs of O Bends Stretch for each direction: Right, Left, Up, Down(*)

[Erect Exercises 12 min, Increasing secs or reps each day]
- 12 min of : Penis Erect Shaking with a grip at below the glans or at the base(back and forth), doing time to time 5sec ULI-like with kegel + 5 secs reverse kegel

[Cool-Down 2:00 min]
- 2 min flaccid penis wrap in hot cloth + gentle/mild squeeze (two hands used)

[DONE EVERYDAY, NOT JUST PE DAYS, USUALLY AFTER SHOWER]
- 4 min testicles massage
- Massage with little paint roller, 1 min each side of the penis: Right, Left, Top, Bottom.

Oh, I’ve read a bit about it recently that it was debunk. Now reading it here from a veteran, guess I will now change my routine after the break with this new information for the best.

I was a tad much enthusiast

and delusional…

My EQ at the beginning of July 2016,depending on the mood:
Good to great: Ease of erections | Frequency of erections | Night and morning wood
Good but need some improvement: Hardness of erections
Medium to Good, need improvement: How long they last before fading, ease of keeping them | Refractory period (how quickly you can get hard again after ejaculation)

My EQ as of Mid September 2016,depending on the mood:
Good: Ease of erections | Frequency of erections | Night and Morning wood
Need improvement: Hardness of erections
Really need improvement: Ease of keeping Erection in 90-95% and Refractory Period

My PI as of Mid September 2016,depending on the mood:
- lengthier girthier and heavier Flaccid hang
- no numbness or discoloration.
- no increase in hardness, length and girth of erections

Although parts of my routine did yields some result, it’s to be avoided completely, as it comprise many exercises, many strain and exertion, a bit too much tension during the exercises instead of relaxing.

My quality of sleep haven’t improved yet and I’m a bit stressed (personal stuff going through). I’m working on them.

And so, I need to take a break. I will reflect on what exercises work, what are those to be avoid absolutely, and what are those to be postponed until my penis is really ready to go through. I just hope I won’t ignore my PI and EQ and won’t push my desires and obsession to my penis.

I might not post every Sunday like I used to, but I will surely read the stories of members in the site and comments when I can.
