Using basic newbie guide with a few changes.

10 min warm wrap in an electric heat pad on lowest setting
20 minutes of hard jelqing (about 3-5seconds per jelq with mental focus on the pressure levels)
10 min warm wrap in an electric heat pad on lowest setting

Usually done in the AM. I usually shower immediately after the PE session and do some manual stretching (mostly V and A stretches) in the shower, although it is not a standardized routine yet.
