Hello everyone, this is my first post here and it’ll also serve as my progress report.
Right now I’m 21 years old.

The reasons why I’m here are that I want the extra motivation as well as expert insight. I’ve read up on the newbie routine and various posts and guides about how to best begin and how to avoid injury.
Without further ado, let’s get to my routine and where I aim to go from here.

I follow the newbie routine of:
5mins hot wrap
5mins of stretching
10mins jelqing
5mins hot wrap cooldown

However, due to my own circumstances, there are some differences with the routine and what I actually do.
The hot wrap isn’t microwaved rice in a sock. I do this routine under the shower, (only place I have that amount of privacy for that length of time) and I generally just run warmer-than-usual water over my member, usually for about a minute or so. I’m in absolutely no position to get a sock and fill it with rice, but I will see about investing in a flannel and using that instead.

The 5 minutes of stretching is just that. I firmly grasp my penis with one hand around the shaft (never the head) and I pull outwards, upwards, downwards, right, left, and then the 4 corners diagonally, and then outwards again, 30 seconds each. I read somewhere that you should pull the foreskin back prior to doing this, yet whenever I do that and stretch, the skin just goes back over the head anyway. I’m aware of not just tugging the skin forward but the whole penis. I should mention I am also conscious of not having an erection while doing any part of this routine. Most I ever have a half chub.

The 10 minutes of jelqing follows immediately after the stretching. I have only access to simple hand-soap for lubrication, and suddenly buying Vaseline or something similar would seem very sketchy. I find it sufficient, however.
I use a diver’s OK grip where the thumb is above, alternating hands, going from the bottom of the base as far down as I can go, moving up for 3 seconds ending under the head. I do 200 of these to go for the full 10 minutes. How tight I go is hard to describe. It doesn’t cause me pain, but it’s not just sliding up the skin either. I generally go as tight as I can while still being perfectly comfortable. I’ve only encountered about 2 of those red spots.

The 5 minutes of hot wrap following is the same as before. Sometimes I don’t even really bother.

Today is my 3rd rest day. I go two days on and one day off, meaning I started on the 7th of this month.

What I’m hoping to get out of replies to this thread is encouragement, tips and tricks, and injury prevention advice. Generally all advice is welcome.
Hopefully this wasn’t too long a post. I’ll update regularly or if I suddenly wake up with another inch.
Also I just realized I can’t edit after 10 minutes after posting this thread, so I’ll add my measurements (including my height and weight if it matters) to my first reply I suppose.

You’re 21? Why are you trying to keep your PE super secretive? I mean my supplies is in my closet(living w/ mom at 19), but I got baby oil layin around atleast, and the lube is half the form bro. Are you trying to whip it out on your wife LOL

I agree with tony, you got to look into some different supplies. Using soap on a regular bases is probably going to dry out your skin. Dried skin can eventually lead to cracks and that can lead to infections, now you have a whole other set of problems on your plate. I find that olive oil is hands down the best jelqing lube. When compared to soap it won’t dry out your skin. Also, it contains vit A and E which actually has healing properties for your skin.

@TonyThaTyga Yes, but did you tell your mom what those supplies were for? I’m not about to go ask my mom or have to explain to her why I suddenly want some baby oil or lotion. I can understand how lotion and baby oil doesn’t necessarily mean “he’s jerking off with it!” but in my house it might as well.

I’ll take the advice and try something other than soap. It doesn’t feel like it’s dried out my skin at all (I use it to wash all over and have been for years now), but I’ll definitely try to move on to something else.

The rice sock is for your sore neck/shoulders.

I’ve run into some small issues.
I recently returned to college and that means I don’t get home until quite late on most weekdays, throwing off my 2 on, 1 off schedule.

I wonder if there is a way for me to maximize my efforts in the days that I do manage to get a session in? Currently I do the newbie routine of 5min of stretches and 10mins of jelqing, but that takes too long on some nights where I simply don’t have the time.
Is it possible (or wise) to put more time into a session every second day perhaps? Same routine, but 1 on, 1 off? Or maybe 3/4 days in a row, and then 3/4 days rest?


Current goal: .25" higher than what I currently have.

Yes, possible. You have to check how it turns out. Some gain with less exercise and some need everyday.

If you just do some dry jelqs for 2 minutes it can be better then nothing. Also piss pulls.
But whatever you do yo ushould always be attentive to not overdo it.

You can also venture into ads(allday stretchers) via extenders, silicone sleeves etc.

Ohhhh, Idk I didn’t know you were living with your madre anymore. Yeah my mom took the whole PE talk out of context and refused though I begged to by me an extender for XMAS which i find strange with her being an female. My only suggestions, goto college if you haven’t already and get free money from this incredible thing called “financial aid.” I get $1500 an semester LOL, no wonder we’re we’re in debt. I got my pump and jelq device through it and am currently awaiting $1300 for the malehanger 2 and some more weights. Or try and find an job, though I feel as though you’ve been looking.

Ok, sounds good. Right now I’ll just have to try it every time I get the chance, which shouldn’t be too hard. I’ll have to work out a schedule now that I’m back to college and my timetables and stuff are finalized.

Yeah, I still live at home. I only live 20mins away from college so moving out would be incredibly pointless right now. Getting a job at this stage too is also futile, since it’ll take up more time that I currently don’t have to spare.
I also get government grants each year, €135 a month which isn’t too bad. Not this year though, since I changed course and they won’t cover me until I progress up a year.

But enough about that! My dick is still more or less the same as when I began. I am noticing that I get an erection much easier when jelqing, which is annoying. I’ve resorted to pulling stupid faces and counting in a Scottish accent in my head to help keep it down. It works man, don’t judge.

Stretchy.
That’s the main difference I’m seeing so far. I’m about 3 weeks in and I can confidently say that my dick is stretchier when flaccid (I can pull on it and twist it and bend it easier than before) and erections are harder. Not by a huge amount mind you, but there is a difference. I’ll wait and see if it persists to make the call on whether it’s real or just me.

I’m getting into a rhythm and routine for doing my exercises now. Balancing it and late nights getting back home was tough at first, but it should be good now.

I’m going to see if I can work out a way to get a good warm up going, as I feel that running hot water of me for a minute or two isn’t cutting it. It’s just tough that I can’t just get a sock of rice and heat it up without getting unwanted attention, and we don’t own any flannels. Not a single one. Well, my sister has one for her face, but uh..

Currently I’m averaging the 5 minutes of stretching and about 100-150 jelqs per session. Any more jelqs and I start to feel slight discomfort around the base of my dick, like I’ve been pulling the skin too tight for too long. I try to avoid just stretching the skin (btw I’m uncut) when stretching and jelqing, but it’s proving difficult.
I’m still using soap from a good old bar of soap to provide lubrication. I don’t find that it dries out the skin at all and it works well at being discreet. I’ve tried some other forms of lubrication but I find they just rub away into the skin or it all just gets pushed along the shaft to the end where it doesn’t help anyone.

I’ll probably measure again on the 1st of February.

I forgot to measure for 6 days straight! I also forgot to do it today! This is going great.

Nothing much has happened to warrant an update (as if anyone is reading but I’m doing it for me at this point anyway), but I wanted to use this time to ask a question.
I looked around the forum and haven’t found a good answer, at least for me.

Can I incorporate something into the routine to help fix a curve? I have a prominent downward curve (not sure how to accurately measure it) and I want to straighten it out a little. Not too much, because I heard that any curve is better than an arrow straight dick.

Any help or input would be appreciated.

Yeah the curve enables you to hit some spots better. So where an upward curve works you reverse the position/angle.

There are some thoughts that jelqing or stretching into the other direction will help.
So up instead of down. The curve downward basicly means your dick is shorter/tighter on the underside. So you have to stretch that part.
You can find that out in simply trying to see what gives you where an impact.

But obviously if you want to go from down to up you will also meet straight at some point.. And I think you would have to focus on it with every exercise.
