Cantlook's Routine
(2011:) January , the first 9 months I performed 2 minute manual stretches any and every opportunity that I get throughout the day, spanning my exercises across the entire day as evenly as possible while going no more than 2 hours between these quick manual sessions. Additionally, using my homemade extender, I perform a 60 minute session at 5 pounds of tension when I wake up in the morning, and sometimes an extra session in the evening. I gained over 1" in length. For the remaining 3 months of the year I performed only the manual stretches. (2012:) January I added the extender to my routine again, restarting the cycle. February I’ve started experimenting with bundled stretches with the extender. April didn’t see a noticeable increase in girth from the extender bundling so I’ve removed that aspect from my routine. December took the last 5 months pretty easy, minimal stretches most days, extender every few days. (2013:) Taken a break from any dedicated PE as my new length had started to become an issue for sex with my partner(bottoming out), I’ve only really doing maintenance stretches (piss pulls) lately and seen no loss in size. Might try some girth work soon.
