The problem with my flaccid length is that it’s NEVER the same. I’ve been trying to increase my flaccid length, but it doesn’t. I’ve grown almost and inch on BPEL, but nothing in flaccid length…I think. If I shower in my house, it hanging nicely. If I shower in the gym… it turtles. Sometimes it turtles at different lengths (all the way to just part way) and sometimes it looks like it’s engorged. It’s like it’s f@#$ing with me…letting me know that it has a mind of it’s own. Yesterday I was looking at it as I was peeing and I realized…it looked longer. I walked in my boxers doing stuff around the house and…it appeared to be the same. Hmm…maybe this is a good time to measure. Nope… as soon as I pulled out a ruler, it turtled. Go figure.

You are not alone. I have always had a problem with my flaccid. With me though it is either really small, embarrassingly so, or tolerable. From what I have read the best way to achieve a consistently longer flaccid penis is from many hours of hanging, or using an ADS device. My stretching in my routine has actually made my flaccid smaller at times.

Sometimes after I am done with a routine, it will stay moderately engorged. Other times it will shrink up to the point where It looks like a slightly bigger version of a piece of candy corn. I am gaining in BPEL so it doesn’t bother me at all. Thank God for erections otherwise I would never get a second date! After my penis is conditioned I am definitely moving onto a hanging routine because that is all I really care about (having a normal size flaccid penis). Sometimes it gets so shriveled up it causes pain in my penis. My scrotum and testicles do the same; shrivel up to the point where it causes pain.

I think it is due to excessive penis abuse as a child. Man was I horny as a kid. I would beat my dick like it owed me money, then when I got my money kept beating it just for kicks. I am thinking about trying DMSO + Iodine Experimental Treatment for Deflated Glans and Firm Flaccid that uses DMSO + Iodine to break up scar tissue. I will also be looking into this by Tweaking: Best resource available for anyone with hard flaccid/soft glans symptoms

Well, enough about me. So yeah, you are not alone when it comes to a variable-length flaccid penis! I bet if I took a time lapse photo of my flaccid penis it would scare the shit out of some people.

I can walk and my house in boxers and when I sit it dangs out.
I can walk in trousers and i feel him getting off from my briefs.
But sometimes its gone!
I find it more about stress. Might not felt as stress itself but rather mind conscious one.
Just like you said shower at gym or swimming pool. At the beach where DE fact i should be relaxed.
But my dick thinks its own way.

Measuring flaccid is damn hardest thing for me.

You might be on to something. I’ve heard massage therapist call injuries like this as “adhesions”. They massage it. I’ve started using the Power Jelq… actually the jar tongs… and I’m wondering if it does just that. I’ve recently measured myself and my BPEL is now 7”. Maybe…given enough use of the Power Jelq…or the jar tongs… the injuries of the past might smooth itself out.

I’m confused! Still can’t get accurate flaccid measure.

Through day my dick flaccid changes a lot.

Do you also have such problems?

What do you think might influence directly such ?

Coffee? I drink one a day. Water I drink about 2 L daily plus some juice and tea.

What about Wellbutrin XR anyone with this problem taking this drug?

Also I have noticed I don’t have flaccid hang after session.

Only after bathmate my dick seems much relaxed.

I think it is the nature of the beast.

My flaccid varies by about 2 inches for no particular reason. I used to think it was weather based but it does not seem to be.

Occasionally it has been in shower mode, does not happen much but it gives me hope with PE as I know my willy can do it.

It could also be that you are tensing pelvic floor muscles involuntarily when getting a bit nervous or anxious and that maybe some of the causes.

My flaccid goes from a beached whale all the way down to a dehydrated shrimp.

As long as I get erect gains I aint bothered.

On the same boat, changes between about 4.2”-5.5” usually around the 4.5” mark. But every now and then it goes a lot longer. I don´t get a long lasting pump from working out either, increase of barely half an inch maybe for few hours. Overall don´t think there´s anything wrong, it is what it is, does what it does and apart from having a bit of extra blood down there you can´t really control it. Also pelvis/leg positioning changes how the body fat is working around it, if you are working with non-bone pressed lengths. But all in all, it´s annoying, at times while sitting I might notice I´m 5.5” stand up walk a few steps and it´s down to 4.5” and stays there even if I sit back down. So yeah mind of it´s own :)

When in public you will be a bit shy even if you feel fairly confident, if you think about it, it´s gonna go down a bit. But my tip, don´t keep your legs close and open up the hip(tilt the pelvis forward basicly) that way you´ll be hanging “out” and down from your body, and it looks the longest. Put your legs together and it kinda tucks in and looks smaller. Especially if you are sporting tree trunks for legs.
