Callipygian - Newbie, but not for long

Hey all!

First, I have to say thanks to Thunder and everyone else who created, sustains, and has furthered this forum.
It’s an impressive and massive place, something I hope to become as well.

I will post progress in this thread and ask questions with the hope veterans will visit me and impart wisdom.
Let’s get started! I’m NBPEL 5.625"x5". I would love to be NBPEL 8"x6".

I first came to Thunders on May 2 and quickly started reading. I began the Linear Newbie Routine on Saturday, May 9, and am doing 2 days on, 1 off. This entails a rice sock 5 minute warm up, 30 jelqs, stimulation to erection at end, and then the use of the still warm rice sock at the end. I kegel throughout the day about as much as I remember too. I am also starting foreskin restoration manually.

I plan to add 15 more jelqs every week, but will first and foremost obey PIs.
After the first week I will add five 30 second stretches up, down, left, right, and circular. Every month thereafter I will add another set of stretches.

I’ve come to these decisions after a lot of searching around the forum. It’s hard to name exactly everything I have read, but am starting to realize that one of the most helpful things is looking into other people’s progress reports.
I just don’t know which ones have the best information! I plan on sticking to the Linear Routine unless convinced otherwise.
How long without gains should I wait before changing routines once that occurs?
Should I start hanging at that point or would it indicate needing rest?
I guess I’m wondering if jelqing has an upper limit and if there is a time people transition to hanging or other routines.

I also have some comments and questions regarding the forum and PE in general.
I’m noticing a lot of scientific theories and routines from about 10 years ago. Most new stuff I come across doesn’t involve such heavy analysis.
I am wondering if this is just because most of the tissue composition threads were a bunch of bs. I know from the common questions thread that things like LOT theory should be ignored, but are there any other hard and fast rules that veterans take for granted and that I may not know about my anatomy?

I also have a question about the Linear Newbie Routine. It’s relatively old, seems solid, but the main contributors and practitioners are both inactive and don’t have progress posted.
Do people have success with the routine? Moreover, do people make significant gains with just a stretch and jelq routine? Are there any prolific jelqing veterans’ progress reports I should look into?

I’ve also seen some mention of TDP lamps, ideal heat temperatures for PE, and the sentiment that the most underestimated aspect of PE is heating!
Does anyone have key pointers on heat? I use a rice sock, but I’m not sure it’s giving me the most uniform heating.

Another thing I’ve wondered about is the extended use of silicon wraps or any kind of static stretch that keeps the penis elongated.
I’ve seen a few old discussions on it, but is there a verdict on its use in healing and whether keeping the penis stretched encourages length growth?
I have seen there are different theories on this. One being that it’s all stimulation of new tissue growth, and the other that it is healing of tears, so I’m lost with how my penis really works.

Additionally, I am attempting Foreskin Restoration as well. Will these activities work well together or will my skin not be able to handle jelqs and manual skin tugging?

Finally, the craziest question of all: Does underwear matter? I am partial to boxer briefs, but if something else will give me a millimeter, I’ll wear those instead!

Thanks for reading as I try and set myself up for success.
There is a lot of information in these forums, and I don’t know what to ignore and what to emulate.
Any guidance you can offer will be appreciated.

Well its all theories anyway and speculation. We have no definite theory cause its hard to determine what really happened to such a multi layered tissue like the dick after someone gained. The old threads are gold if you read them fully and research along the way.
There are many things that seem to apply to PE like tendon research etc in sports but it all has to be translated to PE.

Your best bet that you already discovered is to follow PI ‘s and adjust accordingly.
If you gain cause you had PI xyz then you can think about the theory behind it but you wont get a definite scientific conclusion I fear. Just try to repeat what you did.
Or check what others had as PI’s and their routines and emulate it.
There are many ways to get a bigger dick. You have to start somewhere.
The biggest gainers had the skill to check how their very own body reacts to what exercise, time and intensity.

The linear Newbie routine is there to gauge your PI ‘s and check out where your gaining “window” is. Check when you have good PI ‘s while doing the newbie routine. Its easy and simple lined out to get good feedback. Do it for some time and collect feedback. Bad PI = adjust. good PI = repeat.

You can make gains with just jelqs. At some point you need to increase intensity and variation. There are many possiblities with jelqs and stretches and how to do them.

Heat is working for almost everyone. Much on the forum.

ADS / ADC works for many. Healing of tears and tissue grow can go along with each other I would say.
One has to go over the elastic limit or it will just rebound IMO. This elastic limit can be overcome through high intensity short time and low intensity long timee. I prefer to combine both.

Foreskin.. You might create more skin already through jelqs and stretches. Just try it.

Underwear. The looser the better IMO. ( GO COMMANDO :D )

I have done only manual work ,I haven’t used any thing else and I’ve gained over an inch.

Heat is very essential I personally think that makes a huge difference.

Honestly I’ve tested this .
When you wear underwear you penis is kinda held in its place. When your not wearing any underwear the gravity kinda pull’s it down as the result you get a better flaccid hang .

Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Go watch=There are video's on how to do the exercises here!!!!!!!!
