Warm-up: 5min
Crank Stretch: 200 increase monthly by 100
Manual Stretch: 10sets x 50sec doing kegels while stretching
Warm-up: 2min
Dry Jelqs: 300 increase monthly by 50
Kegels through the day as I remember to do them

This routine I do 3 times daily, morning, noon and night.
