Cab_1981's Routine

Warm up cloth.
Double-Hand grip stretch in various angles for 5 minutes. Or occasional V-stretch when I feel like it.
Mandigo stretch at least 3 x 1 minute or as long as I can take it, when I have more time or feel up to it.
Jelling 5-10 minutes, with some jelq and hold for 10’ to work up my glans. Usually lubricated OK grip but sometimes dry Jelq too.
Warm up again under the shower.

Then I wear my Size Genetics extender for 2-4 hours/day, 5-6 days a week.
I’m planning on implementing some extra pumping into my routine. Just purchased a bathmate Hercules.
This should help with girth and also grip to stay in the extender. It’s quite time consuming to re-jelq and pump the glans every time I take a break.
