Started back up seriously with PE closer to July of last year. Was doing it a lot more regularly years ago but fell off due to school, marriage, kids, blah blah blah. My first ruler measurement was around 5 1/2 ” BPEL and 4 1/2 EG. Was not measuring myself very regularly for the first few months, and I have always been ruler shy, so it is not the easiest for me to get an accurate measurement. That being said, a few months into it, I was measuring closer to 5 3/4” BPEL, which is probably what I actually was once my EQ had gotten back to where it was before.
As of note: I started a weightloss regimen around the same time and have lost close to 45 pounds along with the increase in length. Energy levels have definitely gone up, and I think this helps keep me motivated to continue with PE.
I had done hangers, pumps, clamps in my previous PE experience, but I have opted to only do manual exercises this time around. My routine is a pretty standard newbie routine with some slight variations:
5 mins heat with rice sock
5-10 mins stretching
20 mins jelqing, interspersed with more stretching and heat thrown in at random
5 mins heat only
Kegels whenever I remember them
This routine has been pretty consistent at least four to five times a week, with me being unable to really increase time due to work/family and wanting to keep the sessions lighter but more frequent throughout the week. Been focusing on close to 7 second long jelqs, moderate intensity stretching, and lots and lots of heat.
That being said, I do understand the idea of gaining half an inch in length and a quarter inch in girth is pretty good, even for someone returning to PE. I was a pretty fast gainer before too, with low LOT (tugback doesn’t really occur for me unless pointed almost straight down), but I have always emphasized form and constant attention to your dick. Most recently I had noticed a slight decrease in EQ and a lack of results for a little over a month right before the holidays. I took about two weeks off, and EQ went up considerably. Will be spacing out sessions a little more from here on out, or at least go a little lighter on the jelq aspect.
I thought I had posted pictures earlier in my career, which would have put me right around where I started this last time, but I cannot find them anywhere. Debating whether or not to post new ones, but will probably eventually do so. I find people with the courage to post their progress add that much more value and motivation to those looking for help.
Just putting this here to keep me on track with goals and see when I hit certain milestones. The reason I am posting today is I measured 6 1/4” BPEL for the first time in a very long time, which feels really good. Any questions or comments I would love to answer, or if anyone has any critiques of my routine I would love to hear it.
