Bumbac's Routine

Its basic newbie routine taken out of thunders, which is:

-5-8min warm up using cloth

-5min streching(30sec)

-10min jelqing

-5-8min warm down using cloth

-kegels 100 of one sec, 50 of 5 sec, 4 of 15 sec and 1 held as long as possible(it burns like hell then)
