Having been at this for a while now, using what I think would be regarded a higher tension, I am of the opinion that 10-17 hours/week would be the optimal protocol for me, or more specifically 10-17 hour long sessions. I am of the opinion that sessions closer to 60 minutes are much more fruitful than sessions less than 45 minutes. And that when using higher tension the limiting factor becomes firstly the condition of the glans and secondly the condition of the tissues at the point of attachments. And the truth is that I’m not sure that 17 hours/week would actually be sustainable/tolerable for the tissues, in my case. I have not had the time to actually explore that, but when I approach that in the short run things get pretty beat up.

I don’t think this is simple. You really need to pay attention to how your equipment is responding to the treatment.

Great job at staying with your routine. I tried amping up the tension with the extender I’m using. But I would ended up to sore and would have to take the rest of the day off. It’s just that higher tensions does give me better results. Or what appears better results in the short term. After taking off the extender my flaccid length stays longer with higher tension than with lower tension.

Thank you buckfever for your logs. With out them i would be in the dark. When it comes to exploring different levels of extender tensions.
