so you think its better to do this than go with 0,5 cm every week for as many hours you want , lets say 6 hours ?

i mean stretch at 12 cm ,after 1 week you put 0,5 cm , after i week another 0,5 , etc…

i wear the extender for 6 hours with this stretch and i gain but not fast , you think your way is better ?

No I don’t think my way is better. I just don’t have that kind of time. Keep in mind that I came into this to correct/stop an indentation from getting worse so while I welcome the size restoration I’m not as nearly motivated by that as others. I view it as a perk. Aside from that I don’t see how I could ever find 6 hours in a day to do this.

That said I would like at some point to carve out a period of time where I could consistently get 3 hours a day for 3 months. 90 minutes twice a day. Maybe in the summer.

I certainly can’t. Three to four hours a day, four times a week, if I’m lucky and that’s a grind to get through.

At 100% max tension there is a lot of stretch in the noose so there isn’t really more stretching of the tissues so much as there is an increase in tension. Overall things are going well though. I have an 8 day window of privacy due to travel and so I’ve been taking advantage of it consistently getting a couple of sessions a day. And will have travel related opportunities throughout the summer which I will take advantage of.

Someone asked a question about flaccid hang and not that it was a goal but basically I’ve gone from a consistent turtled flaccid to mostly a relaxed flaccid. The turtled form is the exception now. I didn’t think it would matter to me but it is a nice perk.

Another thing since I’ve backed off the tension just a bit and focused more on session duration is that I am starting to get nocturnal erections which never happened before. Well not for decades anyway, forcing me to change sleeping positions. I view this as a healthy development, part of the age related rehabilitation. It’s kind of why I think that down the road incorporating a vacuum device might be useful, although maybe just lower force traction will accomplish the same. We’ll see.

100% Max Tension @ 60 minutes

Lots of tension in the system, this is going to take some time. That said things remain positive, sessions are of longer duration with greater tension being better tolerated. Also form and function are robust. Steady as she goes, slow and steady wins the race.

100% max tension @ 60 minutes

New milestone today, increased the rate of increase so that max tension was achieved at 20 minutes. We are at 69 hours in, on the last 1/8” increase to the extender length. I’m very curious to see how much time is required, what the rate of gain is at this point, well past the newbie gains.

There are a lot of details to using any device and certainly in the case of an extender. One of the things to keep track of is the position of the tip of the glans in the cradle. This gives you a very good measure of whether gains in the stretched length is occurring without having to incessantly measure.

Also pay attention to the amount of tension in the system at the end of the session. This gives you a good idea if you’re getting close to needing additional length to the extender.

Another thing with the position of the glans in the cradle is that you really want the glans as far forward in the cradle as possible. Especially with the noose, it provides a much more secure attachment.

I’m going to try to upload the use of velcro to secure the noose in a hybrid cradle.

100% max tension @ 60 minutes; was able to get to the max tension at 20 minutes into the session and hold it for 60 minutes two days in a row now. We’re making some headway now. Progress comes very slowly so this is very constructive.

6/8/2018 update

100% max tension @ 60 minutes; was able to get to the max tension at 20 minutes into the session and hold it for 60 minutes three days in a row. The tip of the glans is sitting further forward in the extender at the end of the session. I’m going to stick with this for a few weeks to consolidate before adding length to the extender.

The previous 1/8” increase took 13 weeks and 63 hours. This last 1/8” took 11 weeks and 72.65 hours, but I’ll be closer to 85 hours in a couple weeks when I’ll add length.

If you run the numbers and assume that there will be diminishing marginal gains as was the case for the last 2 increases and project the time it will take, I’m looking at 1000 -1125 hours and ~ 2 years to add another inch to the extender.

While my short term goal of adding 1/4” to the extender from here and then measuring the length remains, at these milestones I think about long term goals. Based on in use feedback and what I would want functionally I have contemplated going for adding a full inch to the extender from here. I’m sure that would be the most that I would want to do and that might be pushing it as depending on EQ, we’re hitting the cervix in new positions now.

But it does give me pause. I’m a year and a quarter in and it would be another 2 years and another 240 days for the collagen to turn over and cement the progress. That’s 4 years in. Seems kind of ominous right now. One day at a time I guess.

Took 3 days off due to conflicts. Lost some ground, was able to get to max tension right off, but took 3 days to get back to the 60 minute session duration. Gradual process with time under tension the critical factor in the tissues accommodating the increased stretched length. Slow and steady.

Once again running into headwinds in terms of time. So I’ve been doing shorter daily sessions of Max tension @ 32 minutes just to maintain till I can get back on it again. Should be soon. Just taking it in stride and enjoying the improved EQ when backing off.

Just one more thing which I’m sure is widely known here, but something I’ve had to relearn. One way of dealing with the pushback from hitting the cervix is that you adjust the technique so that the initial thrust is to the cervix and then you smoothly push past it. Basically don’t slam it, get there and then push through.
