15 min heating pad
15 min stretch with slaps and helicops. (3 diff stretches: v & a stretch, twists or oriental massage w/o jelq)
30 min Jelq (10 min underhand, 10 min V jelq, 5 min rolling pin, 5 min palm jelq.)
5-10 min Ace wrap + Heat
30 min edging + ssj twice + squeezes, uli, extremely slow jelq
15 min heat + ace wrap
5 min cold wrap
