Stretching-(5x per week) Anywhere from 1-4 times a day from 10 minutes to 30 inutes per session, hot wraps then stretch in all different directions 15 seconds per set

Jelquing-(3x per week with 48 hour rest between jelq sessions) In shower after hot wraps anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes of straight jelqing at 50-80%
