Hi All,

Thought I would start a thread and say boo to everyone and introduce myself. I’m a 33 year old, physically active individual who’s been lurking around in silence and the background for about a week or so. I’ve decided to start this thread for accountability reasons as well as to hopefully garner advice and maybe ultimately motivate others.

A bit about myself: Aside from my age and the fact I’m physically active, I am a smoker (I know this is detrimental to me and my goals, not just in PE but as well in other aspects of life). I first became interested in the idea of PE around 10 years ago, after an incident which messed with my psyche but that’s all I shall go in to that. I managed to get over it for the most part and have had a happy, enjoyable and fulfilling sex life since. I never took PE seriously or pursued it, at least not actively other than as a passing interest. I now find I have the desire, privacy and time which helps. I’m 5’8 and about 180 lbs, I go to the gym roughly 5-6 days a week, lift weights, do HIIT training every second day and some form of core, currently sit around (best guess) 10-12% bf and figured a couple months back that “hey, why not be ‘jacked’ everywhere”. This is when I popped in a DVD I had received years back with some PE pills (this is where I ashamedly face palm). Well it had a list of exercises and stretches so I figured I’d give it a try, stuck with it for about 3 months took about a month off then just started back up last week (shortly after discovering this place). In my naivety I didn’t fully understand how to measure and about halfway through realized the BPEL method, so I think my stats are slightly skewed, so I plan on using measurements I took today with a tailors tape as my “starting stats”. I wouldn’t say I’m a complete newbie but I do still see myself as a newbie.

Current:
NBPEL = 14.5 cm
BPEL = 16 cm
EG = 11.5 cm

Now all said and done, I think this is a healthy good average size, but we’re all here to be bigger or healthier. Well I decided to set a goal and go for it.

Goal:
NBPEL = 17.5-18 cm
BPEL = 19 cm
EG = 16 cm

I even went so far as to make some paper tubes to replicate current and goal size, you know offer up some visual goal, and WOW it seems like a daunting task ahead of me haha.

The routine I had been using for the aforementioned 3 months was as follows; 20 min warm up, 100 3second jelqs (followed by 50 shakes), and then what I’d call “dynamic stretches” that involved pulling forward 9x, left 9x, right 9x and down 9x. Then followed by a semi erect “crank” where you grip the glans and rotate 9x in a clockwise direction then 9x in a counterclockwise direction 9x and lastly a pendulum style stretch where you pull it directly ahead then over to the side and touch your left thigh 9x and then repeat for the right side followed by a 20 min warm “cool down”. Now for the warm up and cool down I have been placing a hot water bottle wrapped in a towel on my penis (which I gently stretch up to my navel). This was started at 3x a week for 2 weeks, 4x a week for the next 2 weeks and lastly 5x a week.

If anyone sees anything wrong with this, or dangers or anything along those lines please tell me how I can fix, modify, remove or replace any of these.

I was planning on continuing with virtually the same program except adding in 50 jelqs a week until I’m at the the newbie routine number of 200 and possibly continuing to add more as I deem necessary. I was also thinking of adding (very gradually and easily until I have the formula and exercise down) the slinky (Sadsky’s?) and the jelq squeeze. As well as adding in some light V stretches and BTC during my morning shower.

If anyone has any advice or comments please feel free. The advice of veterans and experienced PE’rs will not fall on deaf ears.

I also forgot to mention I plan on posting updates roughly every second week (measuring every second Sunday).

So figured I would pop in with an update as its been two weeks.

NBPEL today was 15cm (this one seems like there’s a good chance for variance so taking it with a grain of salt)
BPEL 16.5cm
EG 11.7

I kind of figured these are minor and could be from my perspective looking at the tape measure or something, so we’ll see if I continue noticing increases.

I did progress from the 100 jelqs to 200 (+50 each week) which is where I am thinking of staying for a while. I did also add in the slinky and the jelq squeezes but I am thinking of cutting my routine down to 4x a week. I’m kind of paranoid of causing damage or running in to issues so I feel I’ll play it safe than sorry. I’ll see how that goes for two weeks and increase if I feel a 5Th day will be beneficial.

If anyone has any extra reading or links that they’d like to share that would be awesome. Anything pertaining to girth or some exercises I may be able to add in, I feel like I have a solid basis of the lengthening exercises, but any reading and reviews are more than welcome!

So I just have a couple random notes, couple concerns and a couple positives.

While I am anxious to gain I know this can be bad, so while I’m going to continue with 4 times a week and reevaluate on Sunday the 25Th, I have been thinking of adding in D L D Blasters starting in October to work on length, with a current idea of going to clamping starting in November. I hope this doesn’t sound too too ambitious but I do not know. My only concern with starting the DLD’s is I’m not 100% on my reverse kegel so I plan on playing around a little bit to figure these out. Both through paying attention to my body and a bit of research so I know what I’m feeling for.

Anyways on to my concerns. I am pretty sure its slight abnormal but when I get an erection my testicles often times recede in to my abdomen (I think at some point my membrane down there was broken). I don’t know a lot of this since, well, my only experience with other peoples erections is porn and we all know that isn’t a good gauge to go by. Next is that I’m a bit of a baseball shape in the penis department, not really sure if that’s concern but I would like to see a nice uniform girth all the way through.

The positives I’ve noticed so far are that I am definitely hanging better, and I believe my erection quality has gone up as I wake up with morning wood a lot more frequently since starting PE.

So just my scheduled 2 week check-in. I have nothing new to report in the gains department unfortunately, oh well, its part of the process and I’m not discouraged. I will say though, I just read the Firegoat thread on subliminal messaging so I am taking that for a spin. We will see, hoping it can help with my smoking and PE. I’ll let you know how it goes.

As for the PE routine, well I am going to go back to 5 days, I will check in on the Saturday just under 2 weeks from now with an update. I’ll be off visiting my folks for a couple days (5 to be exact) for Canadian Thanksgiving so I won’t be able to PE out there, but a bit of a break won’t hurt either I reckon.

Random note, I bought a clamp today after the gym (the cable clamp brand size medium) and just tested it out. Got to 90% erection and put it on, I was using a rubber cock ring under it for padding, got it clamped on, did some kegels and busted out the tape measure. 12.3 with that sucker on, I only left it on for maybe 2 minutes as I’m not ready to add it in to the routine yet, just was testing it out. I still didn’t feel like I was at full mast though but I think that was due to all the other sensations going on down there. I did think it was a successful trial, now just to put it away for a couple weeks. The one thing I did think was that maybe I need to practice my kegels more. The way I’ve been doing them is just went going to the bathroom I’ll cut my stream off and hold for a 5-one thousand count, then go and then kegel and hold for about 15 each time I take a leak. So main note: I need to perfect my kegels!

Evening All,

So I just did my 2 week measure (slightly shy of two weeks but as I mentioned before I leave for some vacation time tomorrow which will result in a week off, short little deconditioning period). Anyways I thought I’d update you all as to the progress. As of today:

BPEL: 17 cm
EG: 12 cm

Now this increase could be due to pushing the ruler in harder, visual misjudgment or better EQ. Also I switched up the way I used the tape, instead of wrapping the short end around and holding the rolled up part, I placed the end of it on top of my penis and wrapped the rest of the roll around. Either way, gains are gains, I’m stoked about this measurement periods gains. I’m going to stick with my Sunday-Thursday routine with Friday and Saturday as rest breaks. I figured I would post my tweaked workout routine below (I enjoy playing around and adding/trying new things, just like at the gym).

So my current tweaked all manual workout goes as follows:

Morning - In shower

V stretches 3 point (base, middle, near head) 20’s hold, 3 sets
A stretches (As above)
BTC 30s hold each side, 2 sets

Evening -

10 min hot wrap warm-up
100 jelqs (varying grip) about 50-60% erection, 3-4s per
50 Shakes
10 5s Sadsak squeezes for head
100 jelqs (as above but lower erection level)
50 shakes
10 squeezes
JAI stretches 12 each (straight, left, right, down, up)
Slow crank (12 each direction)
Out front to thigh touch (12 each side)
Sadsak slinky (12 of each up, down, left, right)
Girth pressure squeeze at 50-80% erection (it decreases as I do them), 4 points from base to head, 12 reps top/bottom and 12 reps sides
Mr. Orange bends (3 points base, middle, near head) bending down, up, left and right with 10s hold on each, 20%-30% erection
Massage/Fire-goat roll (7 min total)
10 min hot wrap cool down

I also do 50-70 (5s hold) kegels throughout the day, and generally 50 quick ones in the evening.

After some advice from a veteran I have been thinking of doing a 6 day (to clarify he didn’t suggest 6 days) routine with alternating girth/length days but as I’m seeing gains with this, why change something that isn’t broken? My only complaint is now my showers are about 15-20 minutes long and I like sleeping haha, that and I think an hour in the evening is getting pretty long (that’s including the hot wrap warm-up and cool-down) but gains are a priority so meh. One thing I have been very conscious of is going slow and breathing out during the stretches and then in on the releases, or keeping a nice level breathing pace to match my stretching.

Anyways, thanks for the read Gents! Lets get some gains!

My big secret? My methods. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *8* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith. Also Fitness helps too.

Haha, and I appreciate it TG! Honestly I’m a firm believer in the veterans knowing what they’re talking about and why, I personally, put so much weight on it. There can be some BS to sift through depending on who you talk to, but I think you can tell when someone is genuine, honest and wants to see (or hear of) your success. I really do appreciate it man!

Ha! Guess what, you sound like everyone on this forum, ever. “Nah, I can’t actually have grown, right? I just looked at it wrong!” Damn, my ruler is shrinking!
Stick to your current routine until it fails.

This is true, and I really do appreciate the advice and insight! It’s honestly hard not to overreach and strive for more, I fully plan on continuing the course though!
