Thought I would start a thread and say boo to everyone and introduce myself. I’m a 33 year old, physically active individual who’s been lurking around in silence and the background for about a week or so. I’ve decided to start this thread for accountability reasons as well as to hopefully garner advice and maybe ultimately motivate others.
A bit about myself: Aside from my age and the fact I’m physically active, I am a smoker (I know this is detrimental to me and my goals, not just in PE but as well in other aspects of life). I first became interested in the idea of PE around 10 years ago, after an incident which messed with my psyche but that’s all I shall go in to that. I managed to get over it for the most part and have had a happy, enjoyable and fulfilling sex life since. I never took PE seriously or pursued it, at least not actively other than as a passing interest. I now find I have the desire, privacy and time which helps. I’m 5’8 and about 180 lbs, I go to the gym roughly 5-6 days a week, lift weights, do HIIT training every second day and some form of core, currently sit around (best guess) 10-12% bf and figured a couple months back that “hey, why not be ‘jacked’ everywhere”. This is when I popped in a DVD I had received years back with some PE pills (this is where I ashamedly face palm). Well it had a list of exercises and stretches so I figured I’d give it a try, stuck with it for about 3 months took about a month off then just started back up last week (shortly after discovering this place). In my naivety I didn’t fully understand how to measure and about halfway through realized the BPEL method, so I think my stats are slightly skewed, so I plan on using measurements I took today with a tailors tape as my “starting stats”. I wouldn’t say I’m a complete newbie but I do still see myself as a newbie.

BPEL = 16 cm
EG = 11.5 cm
Now all said and done, I think this is a healthy good average size, but we’re all here to be bigger or healthier. Well I decided to set a goal and go for it.
NBPEL = 17.5-18 cm
BPEL = 19 cm
EG = 16 cm
I even went so far as to make some paper tubes to replicate current and goal size, you know offer up some visual goal, and WOW it seems like a daunting task ahead of me haha.
The routine I had been using for the aforementioned 3 months was as follows; 20 min warm up, 100 3second jelqs (followed by 50 shakes), and then what I’d call “dynamic stretches” that involved pulling forward 9x, left 9x, right 9x and down 9x. Then followed by a semi erect “crank” where you grip the glans and rotate 9x in a clockwise direction then 9x in a counterclockwise direction 9x and lastly a pendulum style stretch where you pull it directly ahead then over to the side and touch your left thigh 9x and then repeat for the right side followed by a 20 min warm “cool down”. Now for the warm up and cool down I have been placing a hot water bottle wrapped in a towel on my penis (which I gently stretch up to my navel). This was started at 3x a week for 2 weeks, 4x a week for the next 2 weeks and lastly 5x a week.
If anyone sees anything wrong with this, or dangers or anything along those lines please tell me how I can fix, modify, remove or replace any of these.
I was planning on continuing with virtually the same program except adding in 50 jelqs a week until I’m at the the newbie routine number of 200 and possibly continuing to add more as I deem necessary. I was also thinking of adding (very gradually and easily until I have the formula and exercise down) the slinky (Sadsky’s?) and the jelq squeeze. As well as adding in some light V stretches and BTC during my morning shower.
If anyone has any advice or comments please feel free. The advice of veterans and experienced PE’rs will not fall on deaf ears.
