BoogieBalls' Routine

i will be following j123 Linear Newbie routine for 2 months (2day on/1day off)

5 min warm up before and 5 min after with massage after warming

no stretching within first week or 2
when i do begin i will do 30 second set in each direction Down , Up , Left , Right , Forward
in first 2 months i will add 1 more stretch per week

i will start with 10-20 Jelqs.
add 10 Jelqs every 3 workouts
beyond 50-60 Jelqs add 10-20 Jelqs every week
