Extending1 to 4 hours

Edging and ballooning 10 to 20 minutes

Jelqing 20 to 60 Minutes

Clamping 40 to 80 minutes

Toned this down quite a bit lately,

Wasn’t getting good results anymore

Lately Ive just extended, I really only want length gains right now.
