Bobby9's Routine

Warm up 5mins
Manual streches 10 to 20 1 minute streches all angles but emphasis on upward pulls due to loss of tug back principle.
Jelqing 20 to 30 mins
Warm down 5 mins

May not be clear above i work out 3 days then 1 day off.

Supplemented with penis strecher as often as possible. Theory being hold it in a streched position whilst repair of tissue takes place. Will be looking to change routine soon to vary from beginers routine.
