Bluemountain's Routine

I do the following for 5 days and rest for 2 days. I will rest an additional day if my penis still feels sore from the previous week. I start out in the morning following the Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism morning session. I follow that up with wearing the penis extender system for 2hrs with 5 minute breaks every 30 minutes. In the afternoon I follow the afternoon session of the Rapid Gain plan.
