Long time member, first time poster.

Just got back into PE as I was never really committed to a full routine before. I’ve been jelqing and stretching about 2-3 days/week for the past 4 weeks or so. I figure I’ll log my routine and keep an eye on things. I bought a pump from vacutech. Com and have been using that as well. I’m just easing into things as is always suggested so this isn’t the most intense routine. I’m not sure what my stats are all I know is my non-BP length has never been above 6”. I’ve been having some minor ED issues where I can’t keep an erection for a sustained period. EQ has also been relatively poor. I have stopped all porn watching and working on limiting the caffeine intake which I believe is a contributing factor. My short term goal is better EQ and my long term goal is to have a 7” x 5”.

Good luck on that, friend. I do suggest that you measure your stats as best as you can so you can keep track of the results. I neglected that before and when I “thought” I had some results I felt bad because I could never be sure.

I’ve been doing stretching only till I get that 7” and I noticed some bad EQ. What do you think the pump is doing for your EQ?

Pump seems to help a little. I think my stress level plus caffeine intake are the real boner killers, though. Taking a rest day today. Schedule will be 2 on/2 off for now.
