I’ve been meaning to take PE serious for years and I am finally going to do so. New job, new city, I’ve started working out again everyday, and naturally I am also choosing to take up PE again.

Starting stats from end of April:

I have done a bit of PE in years past, probably gained about 3/8” in length, unknown girth (never thought to measure it before).

What I have noticed most since taking PE back up is the flaccid length consistently hanging much lower (from 3.75 to over 4). That seems like a very good sign to me.

5 min warmup with warm washcloth, then 10 mins hanging using warm washcloth as padding and a cable clamp (yea, not the best solution) for a means to attach and hang (not sure about the weight, also improvising with boots and metal hardware inside that I remove as necessary). 5 mins between for circulation. 3 sets total: 1 straight down, 1 with me bent over, and 1 split while sitting hanging over each leg.

I wore an ADS for the first time today; I wore it for a couple of hours after hanging, small break, and then another couple of hours.

This evening I water pumped while bathing for 2 sets of 10 mins at about 7HG with a 5 min break between.

Jelqued this morning for about 10 minutes after showering. Taking a page from reading Bennett8’s log and trying to do quick set of stretches every time after urinating (can’t exactly PE much at work). Also kegeling during the boring times of sitting through meetings or occasionally sitting at my desk.

This afternoon 5 minute warmup, then another 10 minutes of jelquing, followed by putting on my ADS.

Also started construction of a Captn’s Wench for hanging. Almost had it finished, but realized I bought the wrong type of furniture pads.

Still trying to figure out a simple ADS system (mainly to focus on maintaining long flacid/ not turtling) that won’t set off the metal detector at work. The Captn’s Wench ADS has the drawback of that loud velcro sound, so I am open to other suggestions.

Missed a couple of posts, but I haven’t completely missed my sessions. Still jelquing in the mornings and evenings, and brief stretches throughout the day. I’ve been kegeling a lot while sitting through more boring meetings.

Haven’t been doing any pumping or hanging sessions, and only been putting on the ADS for a couple of hours a day in the evenings.

Start of my four day weekend, so I should be able to get some good sessions in today. Already worn the ADS for a couple of hours today.

Same as previous post, except no meetings. Logging a lot more hours in the ADS during the weekends. Still not comfortable enough to wear the ADS for more than about 3 hours at a stretch; taking it off and leaving it off for about 15min after urinating sometimes.

I have what is most likely a knock-off Chinese version of an ADS (cost me less than $20 including shipping), but it seems to be holding up alright so far.
I made a couple of small modifications to the ADS: added a string (hair tie) to the loop to be able to cinch it around under the glands a little more snug (still just a “you”-shape), and added another hair tie to keep the additional cord of the loop from just dangling down.

Still haven’t gotten around to finish making my hanger. Also haven’t bathed (still showering) in awhile to be water pumping.

PS Anyone know how to over-ride the auto-correct? Obviously I didn’t want “you-shape” to be my reference to the shape of the loop.

Tomorrow I’m going to measure. The results will be a bit conflated; I’ve been working on erection quality by taking various herbs, as well as watching my diet, and strenuous exercise for at least 20 minutes daily. Wife has already commented that I felt harder as of late, although that might just be her more aroused by my being in better shape.

Still just focused on jelquing in the mornings and evenings, stretching intermittently during the day, and wearing the ADS in the evenings on weekdays, and more often during the weekends.

Good job and if you feel like you need to increase your EQ even more; your focus needs to be more on jelqing as in more time which is your smooth muscle that is inside of your penis to make you more ridged.

Behind schedule, but not forgotten. My wife cleaned and I can’t find the ruler I use to make measurements.

Found a tape measure in my tool box and measured flaccid length: ~4”.

I’ll wait to take the other measurements until I can find the same ruler.

BPEL about 5.75”, EG 5.2”
That’s about +0.25” in length, and no change in girth.

I think its fair to say I won’t reach my 6 month goal, but I’m gaining nonetheless.

BPEL about 6”, and BPFL still about 4” (but seeing more variation trending upward for the flaccid; also haven’t been taking any herbs/supplements lately that noticeably affected flaccid hang like before).

Glad I’m keeping a log, the progress week to week isn’t enough to track, and the day to day actually varies sometimes appearing to gain/lose, but in the course of months the clear picture of progress shows up.

Still focusing on wearing the extender in the evenings after work, and jelqs/stretches in the morning shower, sometimes wrapping during the day for gentle ADS, and trying in general to periodically stretch a bit.
