Hey Thunders,

I’ve been on and off PE’ing for a while but I ran into minor injuries early on (thrombosed vein) and recently bad EQ (I sometimes lose my erection during sex) - the latter could be a number of things.

• My cardio is bad and I’m out of shape, I’m working on this!
• I think I might have hit my kegel apps a bit too hard and overtrained, I also clench quite a lot during sex - without performing a kegel it takes me ages to orgasm, but I think I’ve overdone this because now I come too quick at times… It’s a bad habit…
• maybe slight sexual performance anxiety

I started my new routine today;

5 min hot towel
40 wet jelqs - coconut oil, 3 sec, full expansion
light stretching - around 2 mins
10 erect kegels
10 mins edging
Shower warm / cool down (hot and cold, finishing on hot)

My latest measurements are around 6.9 BPEL and 5.2 / 5.3 MSEG - around 9 months ago my measurements were 6.3 BPEL and 5.0 MSEG!

There’s every possibility that my initial growth is a mixture of better EQ and just me digging that ruler in harder. My current goals are to reach 7.5 BPEL and 5.5 MSEG. And, I’ll be aiming to measure and report my growth monthly.

So as I expected I haven’t gained yet since taking up my new consistent routine, I’m taking my time and only adding 5 more jelqs a week.

But, my EQ has skyrocketed. I think I can thank edging after my routine and I’ve also started taking zinc consistently (45 to 50 mg before bed) - morning woods aplenty and to my surprise that shit has even made my voice noticeably deeper…

I’m going away for a month over Xmas which means I won’t be able to get stuck into my full routine but I think I’ll still do some light stretching and kegels, nothing intense tho!

I was unable to perform my routine over Xmas as I was away…

Boozin, smoking, eating, lack of sleep left me with really bad EQ! I’m back in the gym, eating a ketogenic diet again, quitting smoking and living like a monk for a good while!

For the next month, I’m going to be just focusing on a consistent kegel and edging routine. I’ll be measuring my progress using these two apps - Kegel Talent and this edging app I came across called PEA!

Yesterday I took 1000mg of L-arginine and 40mg of Pine Bark Extract, I felt dizzy for a bit, I already have low blood pressure… I’m hoping this adverse effect will go with time.

It was followed by a good few erections and this morning when I woke up I had to have that awkward piss with a boner standing 4 feet away from the toilet, normally it will disappear by the time I make it to that bathroom! So even, with a small dosage, it’s showing some promising signs.

I’m also playing with balancing my pelvic floor by just doing a reverse kegel routine, and I’ve noticed I’m getting a really big flaccid shortly after. I’m not doing any PE at the moment as I’m trying to get my EQ back to where it should be.

Can anyone shed any light on reverse kegels and a bigger flaccid… could this mean I am in fact sorting out an imbalance or is it just standard with RK’s…

Oh and I’ve lost 9 pounds and my cardio is getting better, still smoking but I’m starting nicotine replacement therapy on Monday!

Bear my friend your routine is very good for EQ, but if you want my opinion i believe that should follow a 20 min stretching routine. I see that you want to achieve length first and i agree.

With your routine you will see length gains but very slow(you have already gained 0.6). To speed up your gains and gain more trust me you need manual stretching. You want to keep your penis under tension for a good amount of time.

I use edging as a warm down.

Hey man, I’ve already planned on going back to a stretching only routine. Yours and hunglikeagerbils quick gains have been inspiring.

I’ve tried about 3 times before but it always seems to give me really and EQ… Like really bad after about two weeks. I didn’t edge back then though.

I’ll report back, hopefully with a longer dick :)

I personally think your regiment is too much, but that is my opinion, take it easy and do not ruin the future of your cock……….Think about it….

Are you referring to the light routine I was doing when I started this thread - 2 mins of stretching and 40 - 60 jelqs! You’re looking at about 7 minutes of PE every other day. You think that’s over training?

I think TNT may have mixed a routine up or something but I do not want to speak for him.

I personally think your routine is very moderate and on point. Your main issue was EQ and now look you can’t even take a morning piss without having to stand 3 feet back. That’s some really good PIs right there. Stay on it and keep doing what your doing. I’d say add more stretching time once you feel you haven’t gained from what your doing. At least give it another few weeks or a month before adding time.

Going from horrible EQ to better EQ is a huge gain in itself. And congrats on losing the weight as well as slowing the smoking down. All of that will contribute to your gains as well my man.

I’ve started to stretch for one minute a day on a 2 on 1 off and 2 on 2 off schedule through the week, I’ll be adding 30 seconds every 3rd session or so!

This time around I’ll be increasing time whilst keeping a mild intensity and keeping a regimented eye on my EQ and PI’s. I’ll also be recording everything in a spreadsheet to avoid increasing anything too quickly.

I haven’t checked in a while!

I’ve been doing a lazy stretching routine a few times a day for a minute or so, and it looks like I’ve hit 7 inches now… my penis feels long and skinny tho when flaccid, I measured my girth a few weeks ago and it looks like it’s gone back down to my starting point of 5 inches since dropping the jelqs, obviously it wasn’t cemented.

I did some jelqing with lavender black castor oil today and then some edging and my EQ was 11 out of 10. After stopping before each ponr I reverse kegeled lots of blood into my penis and was shocked at how much it expanded, I did this 3 times over. I quickly measured at the end and my girth had expanded to just under 5.5 inches. I couldn’t believe it.

I’m gonna go back to doing stretch/jelq combo as that seems very promising, I’m a bit torn though because it seems I’m growing with very little work doing a stretch only routine. Does anyone else see something similar to this when they reverse kegel, the pressure was immense…
