Manual stretch 15-20 reps 15-20 w/ kegal hold

Helicopter swing for 20 sec. after 3 -5 reps … All this takes approx 10 -12 min

<80% erect jelq for 5 -7 min approx 100 reps

<50% erect jelq for 5-7 min approx 100 reps

50 -70 reps of loose massage jelq

Hot wrap for 5-10 min
