Bathmate x30 Pump Jelqing Routine

Hello everyone,

I’ve familiarised myself with a couple of newbie routines since starting PE. After 2 months of simple jelqing & stretching 3 to 5 times a week with a noticeable length gain I’ve decided to refine a solid routine. Any additions/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I’ve made no measurements up until today:

FL - 3.2
BPEL - 6.75

New Routine:
- 5 minute warmup in a hot bath
- 5 minute jelq (I use real aloe-vera for lubricant)
- 15-20 minute bathmate x30 pump (every 5 minutes 50 kegels whilst still inside the bathmate)
- 15 minute jelq

Whilst I’m doing these exercises I try listen to some interesting podcasts, if you have any good suggestions how you utilise your PE time I’d love to hear that also.

After reading around I think I fit the ‘fast gainer’ category, I can easily commit to implementing a 1 hour PE routine into my lifestyle. Looking forward to getting some feedback on how I can improve my routine from the more experienced crowd.

I will provide measurements and photographic evidence every month.

Can already vouch this combination works incredibly well! Since using the BM I’m gone from 6.25 in the chamber to just under 7. I haven’t measured yet, I’m going to save that for the end of the month but my flaccid feels considerably bigger.

I’ve now added another 5-10 minutes of BM to the routine. For my last BM session I go in with about an 80% erection level.

It appears as though we are at a similar point in terms of our PE journey, routine, and direction we are headed. I’ve also got a few months of stretching and jelqing in, fantastic results so far. I will be adding the bath-mate in to the mix as soon as it gets here, should be any day now. Can’t offer any advice or insights at this point, but I’ll keep an eye on this progress thread. I’ve been using the bathmate consistently now for about two months. I’ve been really happy with it and just last week added a 10 min jelqing sesh after my 20 min bathmate routine. Excited to see if the mix of different PE techniques yields different gains than I’ve experienced so far with just the bathmate.
