Banzof's Routine

200 kegels minimum*****
2 mins warm up with facecloth soaked in hot water*****
5 minutes stretch 1 min each way north, horizontal, south, east and west*****
30 minutes jelqs alternate weeks doing overhand and ?underhand?*****
shower to clean off ky (or any other lube used)*****
5 min stretch*****
2 minutes facecloth warmdown*****

have stopped now but have not lost any gains*******
except for when I tried hanging last year for 3 months - gained 0.25 on bpel and eg but lost it this year and went back to bpel 6.5 and eg 5. hanged using capns wench*****

Maybe this is cos I have a low ?LOT? at 6
