Begin routine.

100 kegels whilst stretching.

5 reps of:

Squeezes
5 pulses
1 5second hold
That is one set

Warm up in shower for 5 min with warm wet cloth

150 - 200 jelqs

Combination of standard OK grip and overhand OK grip.
Overhand used to put more emphasis on length
Standard used to put more emphasis on girth

After jelqing.

10 reps of squeezes mentioned above.

Then 100 kegel stretch

Then 5 reps of DLD blasters.
