Hi guys,

It’s been a month since I started my serious PE journey (I had started earlier with the exercises, but not as consistently). I was very sceptical, but I’ve been following the newbies routine strictly to see if there was any gains. I feared the moment of measuring :D Here you have my new stats:

- BPEL: 16’8 cm (6’6 inches)
- EG: 13’5 cm mid-shaft (5’3 inches)

Now I doubt if my initial measurements were correct.. If so, I would have won 0’5 cm (0’2 inches) in both length and girth! I did noticed a somehow bigger unit, but I know I was maybe not being objective about that. This makes me want more and more!! :D
FL is more difficult to evaluate. It fluctuates quite a lot. I notice it tends to hang more, but it’s soon to tell. In its smallest state it’s no less than 10’5 cm (4’1 inches) and it usually is between 11 and 12 cm (4’3-4’7 inches). FG would be around 10’5 cm. Being honest, I look more for flaccid than for erect growth. I want my unit to look straight to the floor, so that when saw from the side it goes down straight parallel to the thighs (and not pointing slightly to the front).

I have quite a lot of extra skin, so I had had to adapt the exercises to that. I think I’m improving! I’m also getting better stretchings. I hope to do better this second month (not sure if I would be able to maintain the gains rate!).

Besides, through reading statistics and visiting sites such as 5 sizes | A new way to look at penis size or https://calcsd.bitballoon.com/ I have developed a more realistic vision of human penis size. I used to think I was small, but I’m glad I’ve realised I’m even more than average! I am sceptic about statistic though..

Welcome. Good work. Just be consistent and the gains will come. Gains like yours might be from better EQ, because you mentioned that it fluctuates. So as your EQ goes up and down, so does your size. But don’t let that bother you. Stick to your routine and you will see good gains.

Can I recommend that you stay away from the ruler for at least three months at a time. Its sometimes demotivating to measure too often. So I would say 3 months between measurements is a good gap.

Thanks, actually I was talking about my FL when I mentioned it fluctuated :D I’ve measured my BPEL on two separate days and I’ve got the same measurement. But you are very right in saying it could be due to a better EQ.

Not sure if I’ll be able to stay away from the ruler for 3 months! It’s being hard not measuring it at all this month alone :D

I do understand. In the beginning of my PE journey I also couldn’t stay away from the ruler, but that demotivated me to the point of not wanting to do it any more, because I wasn’t seeing gains as fast as I would have liked. Luckily for me, my wife was feeling it, and she motivated me to keep going. Almost lost out on over three inches of gains because I was measuring too much. 5 years on and now I can’t stop. Hell as I sitting here typing this, I’m looking forward to my session later on. I’m at a point where its not really about gains, but enjoying every stretch and jelq, every squeeze and every edging session.

But that was me, and you are on your own journey. Just make sure what you do doesn’t affect you negatively.

Exactly. For the past month my dick looks bigger to me, but I have managed to stay away from the ruler thus far. It helps that my ruler only goes to 20 cm/8 inches, and I’m past that already, so I need to go buy a new ruler, but still. Think I have developed a fear for the ruler. Lol.

Who cares about a ruler when you are past 20 cm!! I would die for that. I’ve read that some members of the forum say a realistic expectation of gains is more or less 30%. That would give me an upper limit of around 21 cm, which is not bad at all xD Anyways, as you say, patience is key. This is a journey that last years, not days.

Exactly. I have goals, but I’m not really that focused on them. I’m in it for life. Seeing what can be done. And if I reach 11 inches one day, great, if not, hey my member is healthy.

I’ve gained up to this point, can’t see why I should stop.

Flaccid measurements varies brutally on me as well, that’s why I don’t even be bother to take them. And of course, I don’t seek flaccid progress.

If you are looking for flaccid, heat should be your best friend. Make sure of a good warm up, heat while working out, warm down and some way to keep your penis warm through the day.

About taking measurements, I’m leaning more to BeardedDragon’s idea of taking measurements once a year. Not long ago I’ve had a great growth spur and one of the aspects of the routine was to not measure.
