Badfrankie's Routine

SETS: I do 3 sets at 20 min. each. If I get all three sets in the morning (after the gym), I will try for an addition few sets before dinner.

WEIGHT: I try to start with 16lbs (can’t always do it [depends on the day and wrapping, I guess.]) I drop to 13 lbs and generally stay at that weight. As my gym trainer told me: go big or go home.

POSITION: Straight Out. I lay atop my dining room table and hang through the table’s part designed for additional table leaves. I tend to do a bit swinging of the weight; in a circular motion.

ADDITIONAL INFO: 1) I also do an all day stretch wrap, using the Ace Self Adhering Bandage. 2) I pump on occasion with trimmed Fleshlight insert added for fun. 3) I blew a ton of money on an X4 Extender. I used it for about a month. I simply do not have the time or patience to use it. 4) BTW: a My earliest measurement is prior to any PE work. I don’t recall when I bought my BIB hanger, but it was after 2001. I hung for a very short time (1-2 months), gained about an inch, and stopped. I started up again in January 2011.
