I haven’t measured but this morning I was admiring my post PE dick. It really does look good!

No supplement taken as yet. And I’m off on holiday for 2 weeks so I don’t foresee it happening until after I get back.

I am now going to think up a few fitness goals to go for over my holiday. Peace out etc.

I went on holiday. Fell out of PE-ing. But now I’m back. Start again. Back at the beginning. The good thing is, is that I don’t think I have lost anything.

Good to hear. But if you had, it would come back so quick anyway. All the best for your re-start! :D

What about your routine nowadays? Any changes?

I have been about 75% good at maintaining my PE. I have been doing a solid 10 minutes of stretching and 5 minutes of jelqing. I also started going the gym over the last month.

Penis wise themail only real benefit is increased hardness. I am sure to get full (re)gains I’don’t have to do more PE. I may try upping it and adding information some edging at the end.
