So it has been just about a year since I’ve posted. I was off at school so I could not really continue my PE but I did cement my gains-which was at 8.25”x5.5”. I just did various stretching to keep the blood going. Now, I’m back. I started just a few weeks into May and I am now at 8.5”x5.75”. I have switched up my routine quite a bit so if any of you are curious just let me know below. I am really aiming for a NBPEL of 8” or more and I figure a BPEL of 9” will get me there. I am not focusing too much on girth but I know that as I increase my length then girth will too. It sure feels weird to have been doing this for over a year but the results speak for itself. I assume that once I hit my goal I will continue PE because it is actually quite addicting and I’m trying to get as big as I can.


Start: BPEL 6.5" EG 5.2" July 2015: BPEL 7.25" EG 5.5"

Goal (short term): 7.5" x 5.5" Goal (long term): 8" x 6"

Now: BPEL 8.5" EG 5.9" New Goal: BPEL 9"+ EG 6"+

I see you subscribed about 13 months ago with starting figures similar to mine. May I ask what kind of strategy you used throughout this year? And what are you going to do now (what pitfalls will you be avoiding?) I’m looking for a similar growth to yours in similar time frame so that seems appropriate for me, lol. Also: welcome back!


February '16: 173 mm BPEL (6.81") 132 mm MEG (5.20")

Haha yes it is a South Park reference. Anyway, when I started last summer I basically just did the newbie routine. I stretched then jelqed and did various forms of stretching. I like jelqing with one hand going downwards with a hard pressure because that felt best to me. I did PE every other day and then increased to five times a week. When I started this summer, I basically did the same routine every other day and I have built that up to two days on and then one off. Taking a day off is very important so you are not beating your dick to death.

If you want to dry a new jelqing method I have been doing that has been going great, try this (I do this in the shower btw with a moisturizing body wash):
-Stand upright with your legs straightened out close together. One hand (usually left) holds the balls and the other at the base of the shaft (80% erect). Use a hard grip (I use every finger but the pinky) and jelq all the way to the glans with your hand sliding down your legs (you are going about straight downward). Once you hit the glans kegal very hard for a few seconds and then try stretching very hard for a second or two. And repeat this about 100 times.
