Some older members of the forum probably remember me as being an antagonistic cynic… Now I have a few extra years under my belt and with it more self control, I’ve decided to commit to an extensive penis extender and jelqing routine. I’ve been using the extender now for three weeks for an average of 6 hours a day, 6 days a week.. so if I gain 6cm… . Thus far I’ve been battling comfort issues but have refined my technique and feel like I’m making progress.

Took my first measurement after 6 weeks, wearing the extender for an average of 5.2 hours per day..

I had totally deconditioned from previous PE, so this essentially my “newbie routine”

Original BPEL:

6.8 inches

13/10/16 BPEL:

7.3 inches.

Routine is pure extending. Rice sock used for two hours a day, as/when I have time. Sets are 1hr 30 mins each with a 10 minute break to ease the agony and reintroduce blood to my unit ;)

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

I think it’s important to note I’ve done PE previously, gained a small amount (to around 7.1 BPEL) and then lost those gains. It may have influenced these early results. Or perhaps it was due to my unit being entirely deconditioned over a two year break from PE. Spending 218 hours in my extender hasn’t hurt progress either. No girth gains.

For anyone interested in using, or currently using an extender and finding it difficult:

I’ve taken to wrapping a meter long bandage gauze directly behind my glans, tightly enough that it anchors itself against my corona. I begin wrapping by retracting my foreskin hard enough to cause the head of my penis to bend down a little because of frenulum tension. I make sure the bandage stays wide and doesn’t fold or narrow under tension as I wrap it, this changes the duration of my extending session from 30 minutes to 1 hr 30 minutes by reducing pain and irritation.

After attaching the extender I then pull loose skin back through the base of the extender from both my testicles and penis. I think if I didn’t my testicles would be swinging by my knees well before I hit my PE goals. :)

Over the last couple weeks I’ve been a little lazy and failed to really include jelqing in my routine. Still however managing 4-6 hours in my extender.

I made a concerted effort to jelq 5 days and have maintained it. The transformation to my unit in its flaccid state is astounding {I haven’t measured yet) But it almost instantly hangs full and heavy. Love that jelq effect. Always have.

Flaccid length: 6.4 inches NBP. I’ll take it.

Started using elasticated cohesive bandage following my jelqing and stretching routines.

By tightly, but safely wrapping the bandage around 3/4 of my unit I’ve been able to produce greater than erection levels of engorgement in the top 1/4 of my shaft and glans. Been toying with the idea of using this after I’ve hit my length goals to create what is essentially a girth focused equivalent of an extender, with focus on the upper parts of my shaft to balance my base/glans size.

It creates very similar expansion to clamping yet requires no ongoing state of arousal and is low enough intensity that I believe it could be done for 12+ hours daily broken down into smaller chunks to allow you to refresh blood floow (subject to your personal time limitations) which I think is most conducive to gains.

Read a lot of posts recently on several forums about people with zero extender gains. Despite my obvious progress it made me doubt a little so I measured…

Current BPEL 7.4!! I used to bottom out my girlfriend slightly in some positions. But it’s happening more and more and with more force. My girlfriend says it’s a bit uncomfortable at times but can actually orgasm from the sensation with very little movement.

Also…I’ve been using two fingers to probe the top of my unit whilst extended to gauge how much tension the tissue is under as I find my stretched length increases throughout my routine but then retracts again in the final hour or two.

I haven’t had so much time to extend recently and have only averaged 3 hours daily. I measured yesterday 03/11/16 and it appears my length gains have stalled but I’ve increased both my MSEG and Glans girth by 0.2 inches! I didn’t tell my partner I’d incorporated jelqing into my routine (she only knows I use my extender) and she said: “I swear it’s getting thicker now too!” Music to my ears.

My gains seem to have slowed/stopped.

I think as my unit has become more flexible I excitedly pushed it to its limits in the extender and.. as a result have been consistently over training during the last 20 days or so. I went “back to bascis” using only slightly more tension than my beginning routine, reduced the amounts of jelqs I’ve been doing and am now back to excellent PI’s… not going to measure for another month however :)

Here’s a problem I think a lot of people experience:

My current, negative PI flaccid is marginally bigger than my pre PE positive PI flaccid. It can become really confusing. Then you hit that sweet spot and you have to stop it dragging on the floor.

One of many reasons people often gain after a long break. They train, gain, overtrain and stall then gain to what normal would have been if they had not hit the overtraining barrier unknowingly.

My big secret? My methods. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *8* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith. Also Fitness helps too.
